Easy to order and not a long wait time and I needed help I called and got clarification. I had ne problem with the replacement lens they kept cracking because the drill mounts were drilled at angle and should have been straight and my frames was lost and never found.

I belong to a running club and some friends told me about Goodr and the availability of prescription lenses. I was in need of a new pair of sunglasses for driving/running and decided to give them a try. I have been running in 90 - 100-degree weather with high humidity. These glasses perform as advertised and then some. They do not slip and surprisingly do not fog. I am so impressed, I just ordered another pair with transition lenses for everyday wear. I just wish there were more frame options.
I did not have a good experience with Leasabl. When the glasses came, the prescription was not right - very blurry. Unfortunately, I was away when the glasses arrived and unable to meet the deadline to ask for them to be fixed... so I spent quite a bit of money on something that is unusable.
I found these frames that I loved online and I was afraid I would never find anyone to put my Rx lenses in them…and then I found you guys! You didn't "just" do the lenses, you sent me the best lenses/pair of glasses I have had in many years! I can't even express how thrilled I am. You guys rock! I just sent you another frame to do for me with confidence that I'll be just as happy with them. Thank you soooo much!

After warranty expired, lenses had strange spider web cracking. They on on the glasses take a look. I don't know how this could have happened

TOO many emails at a font unreadable to me. I had to use my glasses AND a magnifying glass to even read the post. Emails from different persons are confusing. Some did not have an email that I could return a reply. Also DO NOT KEEP referring me to your web sites with your rules: just state them in simple sentences.in your email. I have ordered prescription lenses from Hong Kong ( the best experience) and from New York with better results. I chose your company from a rating on the internet, but this has been a bad experience for me. Understand that I am ordering lenses because I am older, have vision only in one eye, and slower processing altogether.

I never received my package and when I reached out I was informed that I had to contact the delivery people because they marked it as delivered. The response basically came off as not our problem anymore.
