Got the order faster than expected. Had them out and put up in less than a week. That was about a month ago. 432 feet of lights in total. This took care of one side of my driveway to my shed in the back yard. Will probably order another 10 sets to complete the loop around my house and the other side of the driveway. Only complaint is that each bulb only does one color and white. That and some bulbs have the same color next to one another in places. I can deal with that by switching bulbs around, so it's manageable. Would like if the white bulbs could get brighter. I used one strand for the deck stairs and replaced the strand that was there which was much brighter.

LightUp has fair prices and if there is a problem with a product they do what needs to be done to solve it.

1 box of tubes was broken I sent them back haven't got new box yet thanks

I have emailed customer service, called twice and left my number for call back with no response. I was shipped the wrong product. I can't use the fixtures that I received.

When I received the package it was very well packed and arrived on time, you couldn't believe how heavy it was for a light I mounted it on the wall behind my work bench. Perfect

One of the lights don't work, the other 11 do just fine, I even replaced all the wires, thinking one might have been bad, but still not working, it was one of the adjustable watt and color ones

I received the box half-open and two of the lamps are broken.

Have had several failures of the UFO high bay lights, but Lightup fixes those with no problem. Hope they change the brands or work with the manufacture to fix the product line.

These led lights makes Hugh difference in my rec room. Easy installation and so happy to not have the flo tube lights that were so hard to keep working
