Good quality lights, they have so many to pick from. I had been trying to find a certain size to replace mine through out my house. They had a perfect fit. Great service. Will definitely recommend them

I ordered 4 2x4 led flat panel lights and the install was easy and the lights are simple to operate (we got the dimmable and color changing ones). They were promptly shipped and arrived without any damage. Thanks LightUp!

Well, we didn't get the 1st purchase 12% discount. Delivery was ok, but when we began to check the fixtures (8), one of the new 2x2 lights worked initially. Then it began to blink, blink continuously. Not sure if it is worth sending back a $15 fixture. Otherwise, the lumins is good & we believe the misfire was a percentage defect 1/8 defective. Turns out to be a $27 loss.

I have four grandkids, and they all enjoy coming over to play in the carpeted basement, where all the toys are. While the lighting was adequate, little kids don't appreciate "adequate" too well. So, after putting in the 1x4 LED lighting panels, they want to be down there playing, especially when it is raining outside. They were easy to install and replaced those old fluorescent lights. The shopping and shipping experience was quick and painless - Thanks to you all at LightUp for all you do... keep it going!

I received the tubes and they did not fit. I think that was my mistake. I immediately requested authorization for return and never received authorization. Not happy with customer service.

I have been using Lightup for nearly 10 years, and I spend a minimum of $10,000/year on light fixtures for my commercial locations across the country. About a year ago, they moved to being under Shopify. Most of my orders, I pay for 2 day shipping. A few days after ordering, I usually get an email saying the lights are out of stock. Meanwhile, I've incurred costs on renting a scissor lift or a boom lift. When I try to get a refund, they only refund a portion of the order. So, you're out money. And rather than fixing the problem, they allow this to happen over and over.

We are pleased that we received the order fast, and handled with care, products are outstanding, These was the 3rd time that we used Lightup for our business lighting and we don't have any problem. From the look up for the products, place order and received it, everything ran smooth.
