I placed an order On June 5th. I realized that these are difficult times so I gave Loft the benefit of the doubt. A month passed and still no sign of shipment or contact from Loft, so I decided to contact them. It took Loft customer service almost 2 whole weeks to get back with me. The communication was awful. They would not reply again after the initial contact for days in between. It is now July 14th and I have only received 1 item from my 7 piece order. OH and 3 of the items were cancelled just a couple days ago. So right now I am waiting on 3 more items. Nothing like waiting a whole month for summer clothes that didn't even all arrive. And the summer is almost over now. They also charged my card a month ago so now I have to fight with someone to get my money back.
Loft has cute clothes. Don't let the deals fool you. It is not worth the time, money, hassle. Shop local or go to H&M or something.
They have the WORST customer service ever in humans history. I returned on line purchase 6weeks ago and haven't received my refund of 57$ Yet!

I placed an order on May 23. The site auto-filled the wrong shipping address... despite me clicking that billing and shipping addresses were the same. Imagine that... they got the billing address correct. I called, texted, etc. No one got back to me. Finally, two days later I got through to someone. She told me there was no way they could change the address? WHY? That makes no sense. The order hadn't shipped, in fact, it didn't ship until June 20. The order headed to the wrong address and then back to the loft where they processed a return for 3 of the 4 items? Where is the 4th item? No one can answer my questions and they frankly don't care about their customer service.
Placed two online orders on May 26. Orders were delivered in different parts. 2nd part of my 2nd order was supposed to be shipped on June 23. Once I track it all I get is that information will be available once the package arrives to the carrier. I have called customer service numerous times and being on hold per hours without answering. I have sent different online inquiries about the status of my order. I called again and finally got someone on the phone over an hour waiting. The lady said that she will send a support ticket and they would get back to by email. I got two emails asking for my order#, name, phone#, for further investigation. I still haven't heard anything else and still have not received my full order since May 26th. What a bad experience as a new online customer. I've bought from many other stores such Banana Republic, Macy's, Gap and they are all really good at timely delivery and good customer service. Without a doubt, this is the first and last time I buy from Loft. If you want to avoid headaches, I do not recommend any online shopping with this store.

Absolutely terrible online service. 22 days is regular shipping. In no way should I have to pay for clothes that can not be shipped for 22 days -
If something fits and you don't need to return it, consider yourself lucky. I've been trying to return an item to them for the past 3 weeks. It's been a nightmare. I'm still waiting to get a return label to send the item back. They do not answer their phone. You can only send texts, and the automated replys never address the problem, only that they're "so happy to help!", and that they have sent the return label to my email address. I will never order from them again!
First of all, they charged $14.50 for shipping to Hawaii. If their services were great, I would be happy to pay for shipping. Unfortunately, they took more a month to ship my order in separate shipments! This company sucks! I will not hesitate to give them zero star if I can.
As a working mom, time is the most precious - and taking the time to order clothes is a luxury. For the past several orders, I received a message weeks later that my order could not be filled. I removed myself from the emails but made the mistake of going back one more time. I have been shopping there for almost 20 years - but no longer.
So I like the store, and the sales are pretty good but ordering online is a PAIN. You can't cancel the order and/or edit anything - including the shipping address. If there is an error, you're given a reference number to declare it as a lost package and then they back track it or figure it out from there. Otherwise you have to pay MORE once you get a shipping number from the shipping company to actually change things. Horrifying practice and such a HUGE headache.
I have shopped and ordered from Loft for years. The majority of the time it has been a great experience. However it has been 5 weeks and I still do not have my order. I expected longer wait times due to COVID however apparently my order just left Loft YESTERDAY according to their website. On top of that it is shipped through USPS which is in a downhill spiral at the moment. I am estimating at least a couple more weeks before I receive my order. I sometimes go a few days with no mail delivery. Meanwhile I will be well into summer with no new summer clothes.
I am working with diminished income these last few months due to covid so for once I used the Loft card to buy a few on sale items. I made the big mistake of making my payment 2 days after the due date which resulted in a $29 fee which I called about asking if they could remove it since the reason I was late is because my deposits are taking a bit longer to process hence having to wait a bit longer and missing the due date. Alas, the answer was no. So just a warning to all shoppers to think twice before buying and watch your pennies. I ended up returning most of the things I bought anyway so I ended up paying a fee for things that I do not really need.
Placed order on May 2nd and was told delivery on or before May 14th. I have left numerous emails and never heard back from anyone other than an automated email saying to allow 7ish more days. Well it has been over a month. They took my money and never shipped my product and now won't reply to me. What a joke.
I will only write facts from my experience:
1. I ordered a sweater, which had many negative reviews, but because of the sale price, I bought it.
2. I looked the sweater up on Poshmark (used clothing website)--it was a completely different color! (brand new with tags)
3. I tried to cancel my order 30 minutes after I placed it, before LOFT even processed the order.
4. The customer service agent said I couldn't cancel an order after placing it, but returns are free.
5. MORE THAN ONE MONTH LATER, LOFT has charged my credit card and the sweater hasn't been shipped.
6. I tried calling, live chatting, emailing multiple times -- no response.
7. I waited on the phone, text, and chatline for over an hour. I contacted BBB.com. Still hasn't been resolved.
I really like the store and their clothes but I will stop ordering online from them (and I buy most of my purchases online). They have terrible customer service. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a word since. I tried using the text feature to get answers. The told me they were reviewing and would get back with me soon. That was almost 24 hours ago.
UPS lost my package and said that they delivered it. I spent over an hour trying to get hold of a human only to be told by an automated voice to call the shipper. I then called Loft only to be put on hold for another hour. Once I got a hold of the Customer Service Agent. She told me that she could charge my card a second time and ship the dress while her Order Fulfillment Team investigated my claim. I told her "No." I explained that Loft selected their own carrier and that this issue was between then and that I should not be left footing the bill in the meantime. I told her to forget about my purchase and just refund my money right then and there. She then placed me on hold for an extremely long time and came back on and explained that her Supervisor authorized a zero bill replacement which I have to wait another week for. Though the Agent was nice enough, this company acted as if I should be appreciative that they replaced a lost shipment at no cost. I've got news for them... that's industry standard. I am absolutely disgusted and once I receive my dress, will never shop at Loft again. They've got too much competition at way more reasonable prices.
I have never been treated as badly as I have by the loft. They have 0 customer respect. I have paid my accounts in full since I have had a credit card with them. I noticed on my latest credit card statements I have been receiving continuous late fees on top of late fees with 0 spending. Apparently one of my payments was a day late and I did not know they charged a fee, then I stopped spending due to the pandemic so I didn't think I even had a bill to check. Only to find out every month they charge me an additional 25 dollars. After 15 years of being a loyal Loft customer, I figured I would get some support or answers by calling. I was insulted by 3 representatives who told me that " I should know I have to pay for things I buy." Which I have and always have, these were for fees based on no purchases. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she would only send me to a manager if I guaranteed I would not cancel my account. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT IT WILL ONLY COST YOU MONEY.
I have been on hold for over an hour! Seriously, it's not the DMV! This is ridiculous! Has anyone had this issue, will they ever answer?
I love the Greece, NY store. It's a smaller store, so when you walk in the door you are given personal attention. A fitting room is always started for you and size exchanges are always done with a smile, so you never have to dress and undress. I get the best assistance from Jackie, who is honest and has a flair for style. I absolutely LOVE LOFT!
I purchased the faith necklace I love. I purchased this in February. I was charged again o on 3/2. On the charge it said recurring charge. I have called *******058; so far no return call. I have filled with my bank. I knew I should have paypal. Don't order from them
