I placed several orders online for Christmas gifts between November 25 and December 19,2020. I always check out as a guest since I do not like retailers to have my credit card on file. I am missing entire orders and parts of multiple orders that were placed back in November and early December from two email addresses that I use often. My issue: I'm attempting to track the orders; however, since I was not emailed a receipt or confirmation of my order, I do not have an order number. I have called and waited in order to communicate with a customer service representative. I have also texted for "faster service" as was recommended by the Loft voicemail. After days of no response, I texted again. I still do not have a text response. There does not seem to be a way to communicate with a human or get a list of my order numbers so that they can be tracked. At this point, there may be more missing than I can even remember. No more online orders with Loft. Loft has made this very difficult which I believe is built into their business model. I'll be writing again to update you about the resolution to this problem as well as if the problem is not resolved.
The shape is weird! Only order on Amazon prime. The return policy for loft is ridiculous. I have called and it was busy I have tried their texting policy and got nowhere and I've tried emailing and it's going to cost me $10 to return an item that I don't want that I paid for a black Friday deal only 20. I'm very frustrated and will never order or walk into a loft store ever! And I want everyone to know only buy online through Amazon prime-it's the only way. Buyer be warned!

Small replacement tank, I bought Amazon Prime, the Loft tank is in the LEFT-it is labeled Small! It is so wide! I should get my money back.
Their clothes are not good quality for the money and customer service is terrible. The giveaway is how long you have to wait on hold. The website claims you can cancel an order immediately after placing it. If you try, you are placed on hold forever with a lot of white space so you think you have been disconnected and when a human finally answers you are told you cannot cancel an order.
I have been a very loyal customer for close to 20 years but that stops now! I placed an order on November 16th and that was the last time I have heard anything. Tracking says " Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier." I tried to get a status through their live chat but was told to be patient, then she disconnected without any chance to ask her more questions. I sent an email with no response. Be honest with your customers! I would rather hear you have issues or can't fill my order instead of taking my money and not responding to me. I'm patient but enough is enough!
I was in the Kierland Commons store today. I was planning on buying some gifts. There were two girls working on merchandising new product. Another girl behind the counter packing stuff. Not one of them said Hi or asked me if they could help me. I stayed about 5 minutes. It was like I was invisible. I walked at
Round most of the store and left because, even as I walked out slowly not a one of them said a word tome. Very dissatisfied with the service. If The customers aren't your priority you will continue to lose business.
I made 2 call to loft outlet online to exchange 3 items that were too small. Very simple, right?
Not! I've been on the phone now for almost 50 minutes. Their staff should be better trained to do simple tasks such as exchanges.
I ordered a set of matching pajamas, top and bottom. They let me know a couple days later that one had run out, so I asked to cancel to other since it was a matching set. Customer service said they couldn't because there was a short cancellation window.
Catch-22, and trying to find someone to resolve this is impossible. Save your money - go to Nordstrom's.
LOFT is a piece of trash. I had ordered a bunch of stuff on their website that was listed as on sale for $8. They then later that day send me an email that states my order is cancelled bc the items are no longer in stock when if you go to their website they clearly are in stock. I called and they were able to fix it and said it was due to one item being out of stock. Then, the next day I get the same email and call them back and they say "oh sorry there was a glitch in the system so we're just cancelling your order, if you want the item you can go online and buy the it for full price". So not only did they lie about it being out of stock but then they wouldn't let me purchase the items for the original price I purchased them the first time. Would not recommend.
I shop a lot at loft, usually I go to outlet or the north ridge mall. This time I was close by Glendale galleria and I stop by the store to return the shirt which was a little big. The manager Amaromi provided me the worst customer service. I ask for a manager at first and then she said she is the manager. She said she can't return my item and she didn't even offer me any store credit or exchange. If a manager cannot help or resolve the issue, how come she works there as a manager. And started to argue with me, how hard is to return something. At the end when I ask her for any offer she just exchanged my item and I had to pay $6 more. BASICALLY SHE FORCED ME TO BUT SOMETHING. Please follow up my review. Thank you.
Loft has an unbelievably bad return policy for items purchased online - 30 days from the date of 'order', orders which take 2 weeks to receive. I got stuck with some things 2 years ago and have never ordered from them again. Fortunately I finally realized how affordable Nordstrom's can be when are shop sales. Far superior quality and a superb return policy. Wish I'd known sooner.
I always receive compliments when I wear clothes from The Loft. But their tops r very thin and u need to wear thin strap tee under.
I absolutely love the Loft and the staff! They are always so nice and it's a great atmosphere. However, my interaction with a security guard was not pleasant. His logic did not make sense to me, in the way it seemed he was abusing his power a bit.
I might look into this and how he is treating the customers. Thank you.
Love the t-shirts, skirts, and great prices, but I ordered several items in early August and they still have not arrived. I got an email that said they were shipped on September 2 and it is now September 23! The information with the tracking number states: "Tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the USPS facility. Please check back soon!" What!? The package hasn't even arrived at the USPS facility three weeks after Loft Outlet says it was shipped. What a joke. I have a feeling I will never get my order.
Never received my full order, only partial. I've emailed 3x and no response. I will not shop with them again.
I like Loft, however; I found myself purchasing more when they offered free returns due to COVID. I Actually didn't return much, knowing the return was free was enough incentive to purchase. Now that they're charging $8(!) for returns I'm done buying from them online. My local Loft retailer doesn't accept outlet store returns so I'm done with Loft Outlet. Would also be nice to offer less minimum purchase amount for free shipping for their card members. There's a lot of online competition and Loft clearly isn't vying for online buying ease.
I had the worst customer service experience with them.
10 times called for an order missing. They will ask you to wait few more days. When you demand immediate solution, they disconnect your call on phone or in chat. They won't respond to email or text customer service requests. It has been 2 months just no solution. Very frustrating.
Hi Everyone. The first time I ordered through Loft was during the first COVID scare. My package was supposed to arrive within two weeks, but did not arrive for an entire month and a half. In addition, one of my items never showed up, so they eventually refunded me. The second time I ordered through them I never received my package. I called the post office & loft's customer service. They said they would investigate, but it has been weeks and I haven't been given a refund OR been re-sent the clothing.
I placed an order on 6/23, said order would be delivered by 7/14. Today it's been 42 days, and still nothing!
Getting a hold of customer service is a joke, and when they do respond, they are useless!

So disgusted with the Loft and Ann Taylor. West Branch outlet stores closed and was not notified, went to return merchandise and store closed, now I have only a few days to return clothes otherwise they won't take them back. Closest outlet mall is over 100 miles away.
I'll never shop their again.
I really like the store and their clothes but I will stop ordering online from them. They have terrible customer service. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and haven't heard a word since. I tried using the text feature to get answers but they keep telling me to wait for they reply.
