That's unbelievable! I ordered an item because LuckyVitamin promised a very quick delivery, but the item was delivered to my town a month later when I left the country! No refund, no additional delivery, nothing. This is very disappointing. I will always be a customer of iherb, not this LuckyVitamin bull$#*! service company!

I love ordering from lucky vitamin because they offer bulk prices, fast & free shipping and carry many of the high ticket products I use in my business for a much lesser price. So happy they now ship to Canada and it gets to me just as fast as other Canadian companies I also shop with.

When I ordered the package it said it would arrive within 4-7 business days and it never arrived, then I wrote to them and they said the airline had transferred to another country first and it would take another 5-7 business days, a month has passed and the order never arrived, I wouldn't order from them again.

Company didn't deliver my package. I had to chase them incessantly. The package was returned to them and they then advised they would refund my money and reduce it by 25%. I was very unhappy with the lack of communication or follow up and I didn't get my items. I would not recommend.

Luckyvitamin is an excellent website, but it lacks one feature that allows it to compete with other sites in the same industry, such as iHerb: a mobile application for Android and iOS.

This was my first time placing an order with Lucky Vitamin. I was referred to their site through CapitalOne Shopping. The prices seemed much lower than Amazon. Now that I have been checking other sites. I am not sure that I received the lowest prices. And there seems to many bad reviews about delivery time, outdated products and non-receipt of items. Also, customer service is very hard to deal with. I will have an up-to-date review, if and when, I receive the numerous products I ordered.

I've been shopping with Lucky Vitamin for many years. There is always a wide selection of suplements, homeopathics, herbs and organic pantry & snack items. I buy our adult supplements as well as my kids' vitamins, probiotics and omega's here and they have many great brands. Lucky doesn't push any particlular brand but does have their own brand. And for the Lucky Branded items I do buy, the quality is high. They have a recurring purchase option that saves money and along with some other ways to save. I've compared them to the largest online retailer and their prices are almost always lower and it gives me an option that's not that largest-online-retailer. I'll continue to buy from Lucky Vitamin!

This company is the best ever vitamin source on the planet, great prices, great discounts, great selection and it ships for free if you spend more than $50.00. I used to go to a local vitamin store and spend easily $500 every time I went. Now I spend about $300 for the same items.

Could not enter my Thai address Customer support corrected it and cancelled the order that would have gone to the j correct address and placed the order with a corrected address.

It was a super easy process. Even for an overseas order - shipping was a reasonable price as well. I'm very happy and will use again.

Horrible customer service, just displays the item is shipped from New Delhi Airport on 9 th july, but no updates and it is 19 days since I placed my order.
