I enthusiastically decided to purchase haru haru sunscreen and bought 5 boxes after reading many reviews from the sellers profile. Come to get the items - fast shipping, but products are fake. The box is different shade than the original, the product itself has the 2 signs to tell if it's a fake which it had a glossy pump finish and the rectangle dispenser as well as the consistency of the actual product is not similar in any way to the real one and the height of the product is taller for the fake. I was so upset because I spent almost $40. I also had an allergic reaction and I contacted SHEIN about it and they rather deflect and delay responses and aren't helping me. I'm actually so upset about this as I've spent so much money on SHEIN in the past and the fact that their customer service is so terrible! I have to wait 24 hours for a response each time no live chat available (it's been a week almost of this back and forth) and I'm pretty much ready to contact my credit card company and the BBB and whoever else I can because it's so unacceptable and upsetting they're just ignoring what I deserve to get back I even offered them the products back.

I submitted a review and Molly from Shein stated she would help with my order and then she would like for me to update my review. I have reached out to Molly and till this day i have not received a reply or assistance. This is so the worst online shopping experience I have ever in my life encountered. DO NOT SHOP AT SHEIN! They dont care to assist anyone. This was my original review below. I will never order from shein! They delivered my pack to the incorrect address and when i reach out the next day they told me there wasn't anything they can do. A month in half later and they dont want to resend or refund my money the package was 600.00. Everyone writes the same message (copied and pasted) and dont care to help. The customer service is horrible. The reply at 4 am and when you reply you have to wait 24hr for them to send you the same message. They dont care to assist. Only thing I can say is I placed an order July 14,2024 and I really haven't gotten any status about my order what I ordered. I love the look of the product but I can't get an update when I will receive my order telephone number that is connected with this company is always busy, thank you blessings, Hilda; Jones Oh, and for that reason, that's why I gave them a one

Cheap but quality

I have bought multiple times on Shein. Fro clothes, to bags, jewelry etc. I can say that they are much cheaper than the ones you can get at the mall but the quality is good. They also have lots of coupons. I think the only not so good is the shipping. It takes a while to get it but I understand that it comes overseas.

Refund not recieved

I'm extremely frustrated *******@SHEIN_official. I returned poor-quality items over two weeks ago and got confirmation of my refund, but I still haven't received it. The chatbot is no help, and my credit card company says to resolve it with the merchant. Can someone please assist? #CustomerService #Help #Refund

Didn't receive delivered package and want refund
October 13, 2023

I checked my shipped order and it says delivery between october 12-14 but when i go to review order status it says already delivered even though I had not received or else i would have made a review this is my second order that has said to been delivered but I the consumer haven't received what I've paid for. I would like a full refund $24.78 due to me not wanting to wait for order to go through again after I've already purchased what i needed from Walmart unfortunately

Even though I follow the size chart, my purchase never seem to fit my brest area. Bathing suits either to big or to small. I am a 36 G most ifften tgey are to small. The length is an issue as they do not make most item long enough. I am 5'8 1/2 all the pant are to short.

I think that shein is great it's great for kids and wonderful for everyone. It's amazing my daughter was complaining that she can't find any cool clothes in stores so a friend told me about shein. At first I wasn't really sure about it but then I decided to buy a dress for myself and it was amazing so I got convinced so I told my daughter and she bought some things too. And that's why I think shein is GREAT!

I am compelled to share my recent experience with SheIn, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of service and sheer incompetence displayed by this company is beyond belief. Allow me to detail the series of disappointments and frustrations I have endured, as a warning to potential customers.

From the outset, SheIn's sizing information proved to be misleading and incomplete. The pants I ordered lacked crucial length details, leaving me uncertain about the fit. Seeking assistance through their live chat, I was met with clueless representatives who couldn't provide basic information. Shockingly, they were unaware of the pants' lengths, leaving me to discover that the range provided fell far short of what was required. It is simply unforgivable that a company of this magnitude lacks even the most basic knowledge of its own products.

Escalating the issue, I hoped to find resolution in the hands of a competent senior representative or manager. Regrettably, this hope was shattered as I encountered more incompetence and indifference. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, I was subjected to a frustrating back-and-forth with individuals who seemed to possess limited knowledge and authority. It became abundantly clear that the customer's satisfaction was far from their priority.

To compound matters, SheIn's disregard for timeliness and communication is astonishing. My order, placed on the 15th, has remained stagnant since the 17th, with no substantive updates. When seeking information, all I received were vague instructions to "wait." This lack of transparency and accountability is utterly unacceptable.

I now demand a swift and comprehensive resolution, coupled with proper compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. SheIn must address this matter urgently and provide the level of service that paying customers deserve. If they continue to ignore my concerns, I will not hesitate to share my harrowing experience on various social media platforms, in the hope of preventing others from falling victim to this appalling service.

To summarize, SheIn's handling of my order and subsequent customer support has been shockingly poor. The lack of attention to detail, uninformed representatives, and refusal to escalate the issue to a competent authority are clear indications of a deeply flawed company. I implore potential customers to think twice before entrusting their hard-earned money to a company that demonstrates such blatant disregard for its customers.

You better you hope you don't need anything from this company because the customer service is the worst I've ever seen next to Poshmark. I know the perception here is that the prices are good but the value proposition is terrible. The merchandise falls apart or breaks and you can find better quality merchandise at US based discount stores. It's all good here until it's not. Besides, should we really be supporting Chinese companies?!

Such an awful experience! I get a notice my 'items' had been delivered and obviously my credit card charged.BUT they had NOT been delivered!

Tried on their website to contact Customer Service NO LUCK! Also they NEVVVVVAAAA responded to any of my emails! Thumbs down for Us.Shein!

Notes In my clothes!

Not cool! Why am I getting notes from scared little Chinese kids! This is unacceptable. They need to stay in the sweatshops and work! I am paying them! Please tell them to stop leaving finger parts and blood on my new clothing. If I see it once more I shall report you to the owners and make them work you extra hard you little brats! This isn't okay.

Our family travels a lot so the turn around time of our purchase was awesome! We received our items between 48 and 72hrs. From swim suites, blazers, and lingerie, to crop tops back to school wear and mens apparel, this is the store for us! We can shop with ease for any season at the click of a button! I highly recommend shopping with sheen. With holiday at an all time high, they were still able to get our order delivered which came in two split orders, however, we got them on time!

I love shopping on shein because you can get a little of everything. My latest purchase is a pair of shoes, a bag and some fashion jewelry. The shoe is exactly as pictured, the colour is beautiful and it is true to size. The bag is beautiful as well, a little thin but it is what I ordered and the jewelries are as pictured.
