I ordered some food containers, i received a vast majority of the covers broken. Aplyed for a refund, got offended by the operetor in the app chat, and iven threatened, called a scammer etc. I provided photos of the broken items and

I did not like FedEx just dropping off the paperwork for the Package. I have to pay a customs broker to clear the package, then drive to the location to collect it and pay USD 662.00 for customs clearance.
So in all the experience was not convenient.
I had packages dropped of at my door from other suppliers using DHL instead of FedEx with no extra charges.

They were late with the shipping notification and then I never received the product I ordered. I requested a refund to getting nothing and it was to no avail. They just took my money.

Payment fail. But reserved in my account. 10 days no one contact my bank for faild payment confirmation to release my reserved amount.

It is a very good platform but it would be great if suppliers would not send us adverts of parts we do not need or did not ask for. Life is too busy to waste it reading irrelevant messages.

I import a variety of product from Chinese suppliers. Communication is good, and the quality and service from a number of suppliers is exceptional. On more than one occasion though suppliers have supplied incorrect or below standard goods. When this happens it is difficult to get them to replace or refund. Overall, in my experience there are many excellent suppliers, just be careful to always insist on samples before ordering.

We at SP Consulting and Services Zambia Limited had an excellent experience with this supplier (Dongguan Waltay Auto Parts Co., LTD). We received our order of Komatsu filters, and the product quality is top-notch. The customer service was what really stood out; they guided us through every step and were incredibly helpful and professional. It's great to have a reliable source for parts, even with the distance from China to Zambia. We are delighted with this transaction and hope for more successful deals to come.
