Because MakeMyTrip takes cares of their customers, Once I booked a cab, its services were also very good. And Customer Care are always ready to helping us if we have any Issue.
Absolutely they are the worst service. Unprofessional if I knew this rating before I would never book with them. And it will never happen again. They literally don't have any customer service. I am relieved when I saw all this bad feedback. That, this isn't me. It's their bad service.
I WENT TO CHECK IN AT ABU DHABI AIRPORT WITH A CONFIRMED TICKET FROM MAKE MY TRIP. DURING CHECK IN, I WAS INFORMED THAT MY PNR HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
WHEN CONTACTED MAKE MY TRIP, THEY WERE TELLING, SOME OTHERS CANCELLED THIS, AND IT IS NEITHER THEIR ISSUE NOR AIR LINE ISSUE.
I HAVE LOST MY MONEY AND SPEND 10 HRS IN AIRPORT.
WILL NEVER DEPEND MAKE MY TRIP IN THE FUTURE

I would like to inform you that I was booked Hotel Grey castle on 4 th August in Haridwar but I did not stay in the Hotel due to condition of the hotel is suitable for family.
I Informed to hotel receptionist and Make my trip agent to cancelled my booking hotel due to conditions of hotel is not good.
Actually I reached in Haridwar@ 22:45 hr by own Car but there is no proper way to reach Grey Castle hotel,
No lighting in the route of hotel.
Very narrow space, gali type way to hotel.
Lot of garabage and bad smells seems, muds and water logging in gali.
I was with family members.
No lightning there hence photo not pic.
Very bad experience of life.
I asked to Hotel receptionist to canceled my booking but he denyed,he said that;Cancell will be done by MakeMytrip only.
I stayed in other hotel.
Hence pl revert my booking ammount.
Hotel was booked by pay latter " Simpl
He demand Payment 1664/-
Pl look into the matter & resolve my problem.

I canceled my flight tickets 45 days back and charged $600 cancellation charges for each tickets. But up to now I did not receive my refund from them. When ever I call that say that wait for 48 hours. Big fraud company. Please buy tickets from the airlines site directly.

I booked a trip with MakeMyTrip, which came without hassles.
The review is primarily about the spam they send to me daily. I receive on average 1 to 2 emails daily and the option to unsubscribe (in their email) serves no function. I have tried to unsubscribe on SO many occasions and it does not appear to take effect.
I have gone back to their website and reviewed my profile, and there is no option to reject their SPAM! Urgh!
Needless to say, i will no longer be using their services!

My family of 5 members booked the trip from 15th may 2023 to 21st May 2023 to Andaman and Nicobar and paid Rs.1, 99, 816/-(Rupees One Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Eight hundred Sixteen Only) which included flight charges. On 9th May, Makemytrip people called and told me that the flight booked is got cancelled and informed us to book the flight from our side. But we couldn't find flight for the date it was booked, the rates were so high so we requested to makemytrip to arrange flight as promised or cancel the package. When I spoke to the flight incharge i.e GOAIR, quoting our PNR number and GOAIR informed me that the refund from their side is already issued to Makemytrip on 10th May itself. But till today We have not received any refund either air or land arrangements made by Makemytrip. Please be careful while making bookings with MakemyTrip. When I contacted Makemytrip several times but didn't get any response. After waiting for the period of holiday package, I asked for the refund. Till we have not received the refund or any other assistance. It is an unfair practice from Makemytrip. Suffered mental and monetary harassment. Hereby I am claiming a refund of Rs.1,99,816/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen Only) at the earliest along with a compensation amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) as interest amount as our money is lying with you since April 20th 2023. I don't recommend anyone to book anything with Makemytrip and lose the hard earned money and the peace of mind.

As i booked for cab booking through MMT for mid night. Because i have to catch the flight at 5 am. the driver came to pick up at my location and he dropped me at airport. So I didn't missed my flight. Thanks to driver and MMT for giving a good service.!
Answer: I had a tough time getting back my refund as flight was cancelled. Flight cancellation hassle was due to airline which was a different story, but they surely did not help in refund. Finally got refund after 4 months. Cant comment on other aspects but getting Refund from them was painful and difficult, to say the least.

Simply log on to their website - go to my trip section and then select the booking id and press on need help/connect. You can also write at CS-Head@makemytrip.com. They do connect pretty fast.
