I had opted for prime video package because of my anxiety and depression issues. My experience has been satisfactory and I am doing quite well now. My therapist Ms. Jyotika has really helped me in improving me emotional state. She is quite compassionate and good therapist.
I am doing much better after taking 11 therapy sessions. You will also see the growth after some time and I would advice you to do work upon yourself. Do all the homework given by your therapist and you will see the improvement.

I had a very good therapy experience with Manastha. I opted for prime audio sessions and was assigned Ms. Meenakshi. She has really helped me in overcoming my stress and anxiety issues. I am really grateful and happy to see my progress and would recommend Manastha to everyone.

The process was simple. I enrolled in prime package so that i can get the best therapist alloted to me.
I followed all the therapeutic instructions and it helped me a lot.

They know want they are doing.

One of the best Psychologist Website

Manastha is definitely the top website for mental health in India.
My experience with Manastha has been really great.
I was assigned Ms. Jyotika for my therapy sessions. She is such a sweet and humble therapist. I am really grateful for all the help which I got from Jyotika mam.
She has taught me many mental health coping mechanisms to take care of my anxiety and panic attacks.
I am doing quite better now and have been coping up nicely to my anxiety.
I started with 4 Prime video sessions and then re-opted after taking therapy.

I am doing much better after 12 sessions and I would recommend Manastha to everyone.
It is better to opt for the prime sessions and be patient with your therapy.

I have been taking sessions from the Manastha. I have already taken more than 15 mental health therapy sessions and I must tell you that the Manastha is the best counselling platform in India. I have tried other platforms as well but I got my right therapist at Manastha only.
It's difficult to make a list of all the reasons why people suffer from anxiety. From work, to family, to personal relationships, there are many different scenarios under which we may feel tense and uneasy. But when it comes to figuring out the best way to help someone with anxiety, it's important to know the difference between what is "real" anxiety and what is just a panic attack. Most people have experienced a panic attack (or anxiety) at some point, but if it's a one time thing, it's not a big deal. If it's a chronic thing, it's time to see a Psychologist.

My anxiety got over the hands and was becoming a chronic thing. I was experiencing daily anxiety issues and finally took the decision to consult the psychologist. I googled " best online therapy platform in India" and found Manastha.

I initially opted for 7 Prime video sessions to begin with and I was assigned the best psychologist for my mental health issues. She has been really helpful and non-judgemental after listening to all of my dark secrets. She used CBT therapy on me to improve my issues.

Very pathetic service

I was expecting a session as per my convince. If you cannot provide help when I really wanted it the most, the session is useless to me.
And no one responded to the mail I had send.

I started my therapy with manastha few months ago.My therapist is Vaishali Saini, she helped me a lot in recovering from my severe anxiety symptoms, she listened to me patiently and helped in overcoming some other issues as well. Thanks to her and thanks to manastha!

I don't know about others
But one psychologist is there * I got more disturbed by he treatment rather than helpful to me. Only eating money no sincerity in giving therapy or counselling.

I cannot sure about others in but i consult a psychologist called * in manastha.
After taken a session from her my depression and negative feelings are increased.
Too arrogant and uninterested behaviour.
Dont know how these impolite people become head therapists.

The Therapist have never failed to provide me with resources, advice, and most of all, It is a wonderful support system. This has been one of the hardest years of my life and therapy has helped me navigate it and better my mental health in so many ways.

I have taken counseling sessions for six months. I often write to my counselor, and we usually speak once per week.
Very responsive, and always in sync with my needs and development each step of the way. I know I have more thoroughly dealt with and progressed with clarifying and resolving my issues because of insights.
It's been great.

She is a kind and caring counsellor who asks open-ended questions and is genuinely curious in what you have to say. She takes the time to truly listen, validate, and make sure you are feeling good about the session. She has a calm and grounding presence that I always appreciate. Very Professional

The Therapist from Manastha was very easy to talk to and always quick to respond to my messages and posted journal entries. I really enjoyed my sessions with her and will definitely return to her if I find I need counseling again in the future. It was a great experience.

Good therapy experience.

I had a good experience with Manastha. My therapist Dr. Shivangi Mishra from Manastha was very much helpful in relaxing my nervousness. Thanks to her I don't feel scared all the time talking to strangers. Not only is she extremely competent at what she does, but she also brings empathy along with her own life experiences and advice to each session and for that, I am extremely grateful. She allows me to fully express myself during each session and allows me the time to cry as well. If I didn't know she had such a busy schedule I would think I was her only patient. She reaches out often between sessions and makes sure that our schedules align each week so we can meet. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with their mental health. I'm very happy with everything so far. She is very kind, patient, and understanding and replies to my messages in a very timely manner. I don't think I would expect this level of care from a traditional local counselor and I'm glad I joined Manastha. She has great expertise and I'm looking forward to continuing on with her help.

Good counseling platform

Manastha is a good counselling platform based in India and would really recommend the website.

I have tried other counselors and I have been able to get through so much more with my present in less time and with a much better result. She gives feedback where necessary, which I rarely experience and need!

I might be in a foreign country right now, but thanks to modern technology I can see her during whatever life throws at me from anywhere. Thank you for all of your support and care! You have made such a difference in my life and I am so glad that I have found you.
Before I even noticed I was starting to really look at things in new ways. Amazing what you realize when someone asks the right questions. I feel lighter after each conversation.
My therapist has a unique way of communicating and can blend in the necessary questions along with being a down to earth person. It is important to me that a counselor can maybe not relate but just go back to a basic thing of just simply talking about the weather or the simple things in life. One constructive criticism I could say is that sometimes using the larger terms or technical clinical words and maybe a little more laymen terms to help those who may be not be educated on certain terms or language structures. Other than that I think she does a great job. I feel encouraged to communicate with her! It has been a good experience.
