I ordered a coat on the 21st, received an email 5 days later to tell me it was out of stock. 1 How does it take 5 days to tell me that? 2 how is it for sale online if it's out of stock? When I emailed customer service they said ' We wish to inform you that we are not in a position to guarantee the availability of articles and sizes' in this day and age they don't have a live stock system? Then they proceeded to ignore my second email and responded to the 3rd saying ' We regret not having fulfilled your expectations.' what an absolute waste of time and effort! Would never even consider ordering from Mango again despite being a well known high street brand.
I ordered my sweater an skirt on Tuesday, November 22 and for some reason, the address is not correct. Right after the order placement, I contacted them about the wrong address and contacted with shipping company. There was no option to edit the address on the website. I got an email later saying they transferred the request to other departments. Though everything was resolved then today I received a notification saying that the order left the warehouse and the address is incorrect. Nothing can be done. Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. They don't have any communication between Mango and shipping company. However, this will be the last time I will do business with them since it is very inconvenient if something happened.
My order never arrived despite the email that it had been delivered. No tracking number, just order number.
I need to agree with the people here. Wish I had read the comments before purchasing. My problem is, that it showed one price when you viewed the item and at checkout I was charged double. Tried contacting customer sercice via email and they're playing it dumb. Thinking it's mango, it will be simple but no it's not. Never purchasing from them again. Very disappointing for such a name brand they should be ashamed of themselves.

Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. Now I have to track the order and if it is gone I lost money. It is very risky for the customer this way. I ordered from them before and the quality is not bad. However, this will be the last time I will do business with them since it is very inconvenient if something happened.

Customer service and services have been a disaster recently. So disappointed, lost my money, some items were cancelled without notice … so disappointed. To avoid!
1. Take care of your sizes: my clothes size is XS - I have received a huge t-shirt and a huge long sleeve shirt. Horrible!
2. My shoes size is 37 - I've received 2 pairs of shoes and both of them are too small.
3. A customer service is disgusting! They sent only a message with a number. And what?! How long should I wait?! I need to send all your items back and no one responses.

I hv placed an order of dress for my
Niece birthday, but there is no dispatch details were given, it's been more than 12 days. I have mailed them so many times, tried to contact at customer care evn number of times, but no response. I cancelled the order, in the hope that I will get the refund atleast; but they haven't refunded yet. Feels like MANGO is a complete fraud company.
Please delete this brand. Bad quality. Doesn't fit like in model photo. I wanted to order swimsuits and i was in checkout and then they removed it from the website as a whole. I hate mango. THIS BRAND IS SO BAD. DONT BUY FROM HERE.
I called on August 24 regarding my return and refund the agent that answered was rude arrogant and unprofessional he was confrontational I asked him can he please share with me the last four digits of the account that was refunded he said if you don't know why would I want to give you that information this is mango I said well excuse me he said I cannot give you that information I said I gave you my address I gave you my email I gave you the items that I returned the order number why would you not give me what I'm asking you when you know that I am who I say I am this is mango I said OK well I guess I'll be writing a bad review. In my opinion he should be reprimanded or fired the way he's talking to your customers is so unprofessional.

In Egypt. The sizes in the branches are not available so you have to order it and pay extra fees for importing and delivery. I made my order online and it was mentioned on the website that orders above 1500LE are free of delivery fees, however, I paid an extra 400L LE for delivery. I tried to contact them by mail about this issue, and their answer was that I have to pay the 400 LE. I have a screenshot of the free delivery on their website and a screenshot of their reply. I gave up negotiation about this point, and I received the order and the item was used only two times, to find that the texture of the trousers is changed due to the friction between hips. I tried to call a hotline in Egypt and I found that they have no hotline for Egyptians. Tried to call the branched and the telephone numbers are always out of service. I called the international number and asked for someone to call in Arabic but I did not find

Catestropic customer service. Genuinely would expect an audit to highlight multiple illegalites associate with the operations of this organisation. Like if it was possible to give them no stars that would be more accurate. Wish I knew this before I purchased from them. If the clothes don't come damaged you might survive but other wise any attempt at reasonable correspondence with the customer service team is futile. I know online high street fashion may not always provide quality services but Mango are like a whole different category. There were so many issues including unprofessionalism, rudeness, sarcasm, promising one thing and then withdrawing this offer after acceptance, no continuity with who you are dealing with to name but a few. I can't imagine what the customer service team actually do to be honest, it seems they would be better not to have anyone employed in that department at all, because I'd have been less annoyed if that had just left me with my damaged purchases. I can imagine the culture being simply toxic and would not want to hire someone who worked here in the past.
Below is their correspondence with me following a previous email where they offered me a discount off a future purchase, I replied his would be fine on the same day but they send me on a further email to say that they no longer offer this sort of service (4 days later-company policy must change based on their mood on any given day)
I placed the order 6/30/22 and today is 7/19/22. Never received the ordered. Called 3 times regarding to this, nobody knows where the package is, and nobody asked to place another other until the very last time but everything is sold out.
I have been having an issue with Mango that I've reported NUMEROUS times to customer service. I make an online purchase and when I get the shipping confirmation suddenly my order is shipping to a completely different address. My address is totally correct on my end and through some glitch in their system my order is suddenly shipping to a completely different person. When I call to report it they contact their shipping company and request a return to sender and its gets delivered anyway. I called Mango and they are unwilling to refund me because "IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM". I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent refused and then told me to just go steal the package off someone's porch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! There is a very long history of me documenting this glitch with my packages going to the wrong address, I called and told them it was going to the wrong address, they couldn't cancel the order and apparently couldn't return it to sender. So now I'm out the $$ and I'm returning everything else I've purchased from them because I will not deal with a retailer who's best solution to a customers issue is to tell the customer to go steal it. DO NOT BUY *******@MANGO
SCAM ALERT THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR ONE ORDER (D4TJBN) AND REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY! I have sent in screenshots of my PayPal and bank account and they completely ignore me! I just want my money back! I email and call customer service daily and I'm simply ignored.
Yesterday ı went to a store of theirs and purchased a black dress, the dress burned when ı took it home and tried to iron it (in low heat) THE DRESS MELTED. When ı went back the staff were horrible to me and ı ended up leaving without a refund. Overall Mango is a bad brand with really low quality people working there.
This is my first and last order from Mango. I ordered 48 hour express delivery. 48 hours on the order hasn't even been prepared let alone shipped! Obviously if people are order express delivery they want an item for a specific event. No way to contact them directly. All in all a really disappointing experience.
Mango just did the opening of the new store in 5 avenue. I thought the downtown store was bad. Until I went to this one. So nasty peoples that they answer in back to you if you say some thing that they doing like. Bad bad place to shop and HM and Zara carry the same things. So nothing special. Bad bad store

Answer: Only way to find out is to wait. Because I ordered a dress and it arrived 5 days after my order but the Mango website said within 30 days. I was also nervous because after placing my order, I checked the reviews. Hopefully it arrives.

Answer: I think only swimwear collections since I searched on google and didn't see anything for resort wear, but I did see swim wear on Mango.
