I used the ball trimmer and was really gentle with it but still got scars on my balls from the ball trimmer. This product is a waste of money and all marketing gimmick. The boxer shorts were good and comfy, the nose trimmer is crap. The ball deodoriser and spray is good. But due to the experience ive had with ball trimmer i wont recommend it to others.

C'est du vol et de la fraude. C'est désolant de voir qu'il y a encore des compagnies de nos jours qui pratiquent cela!

I bought this as a Valentine's Day present for my boyfriend and he used it no more than 10 times when it suddenly stopped working. It shows it's fully charged but will not turn on. The warranty is valid for 90 days only (I can see why). WORTHLESS AND USELESS!

No matter how careful you are the trimmer cuts the heck out of your balls. It is not worth the high price you pay for it.

Bought the perfect package, saw the small text and made sure not to get scammed into the perfect hygiene plan. That was a little fishy. Order was delayed, that's okay stuff happens. The package arrives and they didn't include the charger or the trimmer heads. I'm currently requesting a refund after the first day of owning it.

EDIT: Went through the return process, paid to have it shipped back. And I have still not received the money over 3 months later. May be taking legal action.

Final Update: They finally returned the money after a short back and forth with their help service through email, and a casual threat of a bank dispute!

I only used it twice and it just shut down charges but will not turn on suspect the switch. What can you expect MADE IN CHINA. It looks like a nice product and did work well the two times I used it, did nick myself. Sounds like a great product good advertising. Reading the reviews seems the stop working is an issue. Lights are on but nobody is home. Warrantee costs more than the hassle to send it in. Will not buy another quality controi is a isssue.

I bought the basic manscaped trimmer 9 months ago, followed all the instructions, and now it'll only operate for about 10 seconds before it shuts itself off. The company only warranties this product for 90 days. 90. Days. Any product that costs near $100 should have at least a one year warranty. If I wanted something that wouldn't last a year I could have just bought the cheap Chinese crap off of Amazon for $25.

02 may 2023; customer service responded to my complaint by sending me a new trimmer, but warranty is still dead and they made sure to comment that I'm only eligible for the one time replacement, so if this one does the same thing, I'm just SOL. It would be a 5 stars if it still wouldn't be cheaper to just buy a Chinese piece of crap from Amazon for literally a 3rd of the cost every 6 months.

Don't buy it. Product is not as advertised. Caused pain, didn't do the job, and there are so many other products that could do the job for much less.

I can see why they only give you a 90 day warranty. I got a manscaped set for Christmas and have used the trimmer maybe 5 times. Well, it just stopped working. Nothing happens when you press the power button. Garbage. The ceramic teeth are overrated, they aren't any less likely to pinch than metal blades. My old trusty $30 con air trimmers are still my go to and have been dependable for years. I wish my wife didn't waste her money on this overrated trash

These reviews have to be paid for. If you buy anything from this company they secretly subscribe you to a monthly product plan charging you around $30 a month and send you nonsense products. The only phone number listed just says to go to their website to dispute it. There are tons of costumers with similar experiences on other review websites like Pissed Customer.

Years ago, I ordered the Mk. 3 handheld trimmer/groomer, and it worked really well. I ordered it via PayPal, but didn't realize at the time that this information was going to be applied to an auto-refill service for other stuff that I didn't ask for, and wasn't interested in. I only just checked my bank account now, and I've been getting charged $20 every three months for stuff I never used, and didn't ask for. If you're going to order anything Manscaped, make double and triple sure you aren't signing up for something on accident.

For me, I'm gonna stick to the crappy $2.00 disposable razors I can find in stores. They get the job done just fine, and won't suck an extra $80 a year from my wallet while I'm not paying attention.

I bought their bundle that included their crotch trimmer, ball lotion, ball preserver and a pair of anti-chafing boxers my first time. All of those products met and exceeded my expectations. The trimmer remains sharp, is water proof and works quite well. The lotions have a nice scent and do their job. The anti-chafing boxers are very comfortable and work. At the time I worked as a stock picker and had to wear a harness while picking products at ~50 feet in the air for safety, and being in an uncomfortable harness for 10+ hours a day, 4 days a week, while bending, stooping, kneeling and so on. My pelvic region would be very agitated. However, with the anti-chafing undergarments they helped to mitigate that problem.

The second order I placed months later included their Body Wash and Deodorant. Although they smell very nice, their scent DOES NOT last. The body wash has a very subtle scent and unfortunately I don't think it actually cleans your body, nor does the scent last long at all. Their deodorant is even worse. It smells amazing, too but if you sweat at work you quickly reek of B.O. Even if you don't sweat that much the scent quickly wears off. I approximate it lasts 3-4 hours before you should reapply, and that is something that isn't very feasible in the type of work I do now. I need something that keeps me smelling fresh and clean through an entire shift and literally any other brand making similar products does significantly better at a lower cost, and you can simply go to the nearest store to get it.

Due to these inconsistencies and premium price for their hygenic products, I simply recommend choosing wisely and avoid their Body Wash and Deodorant.

They are completely garbage! I spent 80 dollars basically because I was tired of spending $20 on trimmers that cut and pull me! Well these tremors that I got from manscaped cut me and make me bleed every time I use them they pull my hair instead of cutting them! They do not go skin tight like the advertisement says they do! The battery dies way too quick! All in all these trimmers are garbage and you should not buy them or anything that the company advertises. I've tried getting my money back from them before they would not send me a refund even when I offered to send the clippers back. So not only is the product garbage but they won't give you your money back and let you return them either

Bought a set for my son for Xmas, without realising you automatically sign up for an ongoing "peak Hygiene Replacement" pack. Once I realised and went to cancel, they tell you that you will void your warranty if you cancel. Bloody crooks!

So much of excitement turned to one big disappointment. The lawn mover stopped working for no reason, a replacement didn't last much longer. Seriously, 2 machines and both not functioning.

I purchased my manscape kit with the lawn mower 3.0 approx 2 years ago. It's stopped holding a charge. I might have used it once a month. When I contacted manscaped support with my order number, I was informed it was out of warranty. I understand items don't last forever but I used it at most 24 times at 10 minutes each time. That's about 4 hours in 2 years. Really, anyone else have this problem? Speak up.

I'm very disappointed with this product

Get half way thru shaving my chest and it quit's working. Only used it twice. Still showing over half charged. Never get a penny out of me again.

I used their deoderant today and for the first time since receiving it and it's by far the worst I've ever used in over 20 years and the reviews on their page are obviously bot posts.

When you have to use your deoderant more than once a day (I had to use it 3 times today and all I was doing was sitting at my computer working for nearly the whole day No excercising or anything, nothing that would cause it to be overworked) it is not a good product and should be avoided at all cost.

Using this deoderant I swear made my body odor so much worse than if I didn't use anything at all! Seriously disappointed.

If you look at the blades their still sharp but go back more that's all the lawn mower offers, it cut me really bad, i'm talking bad, smashed the $#*! out of it and people saying it's good I'm so confused because it cut me on upper bit of the groan bad imagine trying that on your balls didn't try it and never will, say good by to having kids if you use this on your balls

I got manscape for Christmas used it and it cut the heck out of my fellas blood all over the place not happy at all
