Ordered Mar 22 and today is May 9.
Tried to contact them through email and contact form and have always had to follow up before getting a response. Which is a stock, "shipping is taking longer than anticipated...". The last update to tracking number was Mar 25 and it's now May 9. Nothing is taking that long! Good ad campaign but I'm starting to wonder if there is actually a product...
I ordered manscaped 3.0 trimmer package from them 4/17 then 2 days later ordered the plow. Shipping times are not shown. When you contact them for an estimate they tell you 1-2 days processing then 5-7 shipping. After 10 days of no confirmation you reach out again To be told well there's an influx of orders ( which is their standard response check any order from January to now on bbb complaints page) then once it ships 2-3 weeks later it then gets "lost" in the mail. Shipping goes from being delivered today to running late to in transit at a city an hour away from you on the same day. You contact them again hoping they will help you find this package they mailed to you that you have already paid for and contact usps for you, only to be told to wait 3 days and after 3 days it will be considered "lost" and they will reach out and figure out what's going on. So you wait the 3 days and then contact them again only to get no reply. You try again the next day to get a response from them to just wait on the package to arrive after they have already told you to contact them and they would find out what's going on. Then they proceed to almost accuse you. Saying do you know something from the usps that we don't? Like no seriously? I was following their advice to contact them in their timeline only to be passed to someone who has no idea about what's going on or been said. I then responded to that email explaining the situation again only to not hear from them again. My package is still not here and IVE HAD TO REACH OUT TO THE USPS MY SELF to try to find where it may be. The next place will be my credit card company and the bbb. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. You have to reach out to them multiple times to get a response. Buyer beware. Buy from someone else who will assist you and take the time to take care of you. I've tried to attach the emails as proof of my experience as a picture speaks more than words itself

A week after I ordered can not get shipping information. Emails and questions on the customer support page gets a canned response.
"Due to a recent influx in orders, the shipping process has taken longer than anticipated"
No estimated ship time, tracking information, nothing!
Very sketchy! I would recommend to stay away from this one. I will give it another day or 2 and then report as fraud to my credit card company.

This was the worst online retail experience I have ever had. I ordered the package deal with replenishments and got a confirmation email of purchase. That was it. Nothing was shipped, no communication after a week about it being delayed. Had to reach out to someone via a chatroom for customer service as when I called a number I had to search to find all I got was a recorded voice mail for general mailbox. They said they would cancel and the only confirmation I got was that they cancelled my automatic replenishments. Now I have to go back and confirm they they cancel the remaining order. If I could have given this NO stars I would have. IF they do not cancel immediately and send a confirmation and refund within 7 days the attorney general and BBB will be notified. Do not give this company your money! I wish we had read the Amazon reviews before buying this. It knicks your skin like crazy! Bleeding both times used. The advertising on this is so false it shouldn't be allowed to advertise at all. I thought there were consumer protection rules against this type of scam company. Shame on Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner for investing in this ripoff. I don't know why they would be involved in this type of blatant scam. We requested our money back because they say they honor a 30-day money back policy. I received an email back with suggestions and a link to instructions on how to use it. After bleeding twice (I gave it a second chance after reading an article written about the trimmer). I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company because there is no way I am paying for this terrible product

Purchased product that nicked me the 1st time I used it. Decided product was not worth using. Attempted several times to contact them to no avail. They do not respond to messages left at their 800 # and to no answer letters sent via email. I gave up after sometime until they charged my card again for replacement blades. Again no response to repeated calls and emails. The only resolution was to file a dispute with my credit union. Fortunately they have guaranteed a refund of the charges and further debits from my account without having a new card reissued. I hope others who may be unhappy can do the same. Shame on you and your customer service business model. Poor form! I would certainly give you less stars if it were possible.

Don't waste your money. The only reason it might not knock your boys is due to how incredibly under powered it is. Not only that but there is no way to even increase the power. It has one really underwhelming speed. Note: I'm not even hairy. I stopped halfway through & used a dull razor to save time. (No hyperbole) DO NOT BUY! I couldn't be more disappointed in a product. Especially after all the hype from the advertising. I'm usually too lazy to return things I buy online much less review them BUT for this I shall make a principled exception! This is personal.

I don't know why everyone is having so many issues with this company. I was weary of the product thanks to some shady reviews I read on this website so I emailed the address provided on the website and was answered within 24 hours! The rep was so informative and really nice (even though my initial email was less than friendly). I was then updated with a tracking link for my package that told me I would be receiving my order two days before Christmas, even though I placed the order only a week before the holiday. I really hope these reviews help others that consider researching doing business with Manscaped or that the fact that I filed a complaint at the BBB will in some way not only help me resolve my issue with this company, but have an impact in the way the next people placing orders are treated. I have learned that this company habitually blames "computer glitches" and a "new system" for failing to process orders, ship in a timely manner, or flat out communicate with their paying customers that need help. Please if you are reading this, believe all the critical reviews and do your homework. Perhaps you could find a similar product at a more established and customer service friendly business. In summary, I have filed the complaint at the BBB because that is the only way I've seen that they actually will respond.

Wanted to update anyone who is taking the time to research this company before they buy. Manscaped still has not replied and it's been almost 2 whole weeks since they processed my payment! I hope this trimmer is out of this world once it shows up, if it ever shows up!?! I can't believe this is happening... This company is backed by Mark Cuban so just thought that made it a reliable business that wouldn't let me down. Bummed...
Placed order on Dec 1st 2019. It's now 8 days later and still no change in order status, no shipment on the way notice, and no response to my email to customer support. I just called their phone number and only got a recording to leave a voicemail.
Ordered via their web site on 10/20. They charged my credit card on 10/21. On 10/23 my order was still not shipped so I sent an email. NO RESPONSE. Called on 10/25 and got an answering machine. Now 10/26 and no call, no email, and no product. Stay away from this hack job company.

I like the product but their "replenish" process is shady. They emailed saying they are replenishing my products. I had not signed up. Their comment back was if you don't choose an option they will put you on the 3 month replenish program.
This turned me off. I love their advertising and like their product but I felt taken advantage of.

Answer: Just be patient. Order will come. Sometimes it takes longer due to various couriers and country's it needs to go through. Mine came faster then expected. Ordered September 1st, received it on September 13th
