Scrotum killer
August 1, 2020

I got the lawnmower 3.0 and one pass down my balls it ate my scrotum. I will stick with my razors and soup. I used it for 20 seconds and it ate scrotum and made my balls bleed. All's I want back is my money and scrotum. Thanks manscaped. Dennis ps

Having read through the reviews I am now a very unhappy customer. I seem to be experiencing the same issues as plenty of other people in the fact I send an email and get no response! They were very quick to take my money but not to provide me with a confirmation email, order number or any responses to my emails. What a load of rubbish the customer care is. I will be sure to leave terrible reviews everywhere I can.

I have been using the manscape 2.0 for a while now but today was a bad day to use it. Started shaving and have never knicked myself at all like advertised by the company, but then it happened... I cut myself. Very unexpected and upsetting because this wasn't supposed to happen. Oh yeah, I also had the clipper guard on.

Useless product!

I mostly use hair trimmers for my chest hair, I had been using a 3+ year old Remington trimmer but decided to "upgrade" to a manscaped trimmer. First off, when you turn this thing on you can tell it's underpowered. The Remington sounds like a hair trimmer should, the manscaped sounds like an infant blowing out the candles on her birthday cake. The Remington is a once over device, one pass on an area and the job is done. However I found with the manscaped I had to go over an area 3-4 times to get the desired result, and my chest hair isn't particularly thick. Even on my balding dome I found that the manscaped wasn't man enough for the job.
My advice, forget the hype and buy a decent hair trimmer, this thing really isn't worth the money!

Do not buy

Cut me on the first use! I do not recommend this product to anyone, they say no knicks or cuts but it cut me on the very first use.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Be sure to keep the blade module parallel to the skin, pulling the skin taught to create a flat surface and trim against the grain.

Also, ensure that the device is also charged fully before use (typically 5-8 hours needed for a full charge).

I placed my order on June 9th and am yet to receive my order. Shipping tracking says it was delivered but i guess they must have delivered at the wrong address. I have send them a few emails over the last few weeks since I ordered and always the same generic response that due to high influx of order and covid-19, shipping is taking longer than usual. I mean that just pisses me off why would you take an order if you can't fulfill. There is no other to contact manscaped other than email which takes so long. This whole experience has been very annoying for me and i wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Terrible

Took 2 months to get to me. Then it did not have the correct adaptor for the wall socket for my country. Then it cut me which it is advertised not to.

Fake delivery
June 24, 2020

I have ordered for the manscaped product for my 15 years old son as a surprise since March. Up till now I am yet to receive it. I ended up surprising myself. I have emailed you guys to this effect but no one has gotten nan to. I will continue to bother you until you either return my goods or my money.

10 days after they had taken payment for the items I still haven't received shipping confirmation. Contacted Manscaped and was told "due to a recent influx of orders they were having delays sending the goods". Considering they have already taken payment for the goods and mentioned nothing about delays in processing when the order was made this simply isn't acceptable.

Cannot find the business to leave a review through Google business listings yet they
Manage to advertise all over Google, YouTube and Instagram even though they can't fill the orders. I then went onto their Instagram account and every second comment on their pictures/ posts are customers complaining their money has been taken but they still haven't received the goods. Absolutely disgusting.

Okay so I've had multiple issues in the past with things like accidental orders, replacement blades getting sent without me subscribing, and the occasional mysterious charge on my card showing up. These things normally get me agitated and angry, but the second I reached out to customer service they resolved all of my issues with zero questions. They're polite, efficient, and understanding. I have never seen a customer support for a company be this exceptional, and it is for that reason alone that I will be recommending this company and their products to everyone who inquires. Fantastic job Manscaped, keep doing what you're doing!

DONT TRUST THEM

I made an order over 2 months ago and it got lost in shipping. I tried to contact them but they have been reluctant to reply (sometimes sending 2-3 emails before they reply). They keep saying that they will send a replacement but they never did. It's pretty clear that they aren't planning on giving me the products that I've paid for and they only want to steal your money.

Ordered 6/3 and messaged on 6/8 to check status. I informed them I would like a refund if they couldn't ship today. Rather than getting a call or any kind of customer service back and forth, they sent me a blind no-reply email stating my order was canceled. I assumed they'd ship once I asked them but instead they cancelled the order. I really didn't want that and now have to wait 3-5 more days to see if I even get a refund. Horrible customer service and no number to call at all. I used the number on my credit card statement to try to call them and it goes right to voice mail. Not sure what the racket is here but I'm very disappointed and would like everyone to know. Paul Trans'# employees could care less about their ceo or company. They'd rather claim influx of orders due to covid19. Stop using covid as a cop-out. Shaving has nothing to do with covid19. Give me a break. Syear clear of these folks unless you're OK with shipping times that rival getting shipments from China direct.

The sliding bit is made of plastic. So it is only really cutting on one side of the hair. Which means that it will snag almost every time. Do not buy this product, it is crap! However if the company does look at these reviews, this product has the potential to be a nice product if the plastic cutting blade was made of steel or some other type of metal.

My balls are starting to look like the bearded lady faces at the circus as I wait for my lawnmower 3.0 to show up. I thought a nice email asking why my shipment has been stuck at Los Angeles for the past 19 days would be in order. The nice customer service representative the responded to me didn't look at my shipping info but rather just send me a link to the shipping information. Thanks I'm sure I didn't look at the information ahead of time when I explained that to you in my email. After 2 more email where they explained in what I can only imagine to be a copy paste email about how " As a company that focuses heavily on customer satisfaction, this delay is not taken lightly by anyone on our team." they still haven't even looked at the shipping information them selfs. They did inform my the Canada post was having delays and linked me to there shipping information where Canada post says "Waiting for item"; I must not be able to understand as my boys as over heating more then a dog in heat but the delay must be on Canada post side? I'm so thankful for a outstanding customer satisfaction team! It has now been 4 days where they have chosen not to respond to me #Dreamteam!

Please send me my money back! I will just wax my balls as it will be less painful then trying to communicate with this company.

I should've done my research before ordering. I've ordered the trimmer 2.0 from the "Canadian website" manscaped.ca thinking the product was going to be shipped from Canada. But NO. It shipped from USA. I placed my order on April 18th, 2020 and still haven't received my product that I paid for. As I write this review the date today is May 13,2020 pretty much a full month. I also sent them an email 2 days ago but still haven't got a response. If you haven't ordered from them yet and you're reading this review please refrain from doing so.

Update: Received my trimmer after 42 days. I guess because of the Covid-19. But regardless it would be nice to know that the "Canadian" website is shipping the products from the USA. Regarding the trimmer it's pretty decent. It doesn't shave you smooth like a razor or any other trimmers I have but at least it holds true to No Cuts No Pulling

Bad customer support and they will not update you on product, i think its coming from china idk but i regret purchasing product with out an update on when my device will arrive, can anyone help by helping us how we can get out money back? Tell your bank to cancel subscription or they will keep charging you. This is a scam. These guys are out for your money..

Won't give any info on shipping beyond what you get when you order, so if you want to pay a whole lot of money for nothing, but people saying that a recent influx of orders has caused your order to take longer with no estimate, etc... then you should order, if you prefer to have a product to use, and not simply throw money away, I'd go with any of the plethora of alternatives out there.
