I have ordered a display piece online and when it was delivered, it was found to be Quality issue ( display touch not working). Tried to connect with the customer care and they recklessly denied to replace with some stupid and illogical reasons..

I have orderd a iphone xs max screen from maxabhi just after 1 month it has stopped working automatically,its not at all recommeded to buy from maxabhi as the products are not at all good.

Dont purchase any products on this website, I have received so many faulty products till now, they have so many excuses to decline replacement.us se accha bahar market se place karva lo, sasta samajh ke bana denge.5 star review inke hi employs hai.

Don't buy anything from maxbhi they send defective Chinese product with any brand name and then deny to replace it. I purchased redmi note 7s battery and I got to know about this scam. Better buy from offline store because you will get brand products with warranty

Total fraud item giving to the people do not book any product from this website to totally waste product your going received. Only replacement product there a shipment also very late telly don't put any any product from this website

Maxbhi से Relalme x के लिए फ्रंट कैमरा आर्डर किया था, 5 दिन बाद आर्डर मिला लेकिन कैमरा खराब था। जब मैने इसकी शिकायत कि तो ग्राहक सेवा ने बोला हमने आपको अनुकूल पार्ट्स भेजा था। पहले आप पार्ट्स कि पिक्चर भेजो हमारी टीम रिव्यु करेगी उसके बाद रिप्लेसमेंट पर विचार होगा। ये सब तमासा करते हुए 10 दिन बीत गए ना रिप्लेसमेंट मिला ना पैसा।

I am from Northeast India. Their service is great but their courier system is awful as they ship with a courier that is so slow. Takes more than 2 months to reach me. If you're from Delhi or neighborhood state. Go for it but if you're the peripheral states. I am afraid you go for other e-Market websites.

Product is good and compatible. Highly recommended. Product is brand new and premium quality. Good service.

On October 1, I ordered one sim card slot for my realme 11 pro plus, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive.Finally, they cancelled my order and transferred the funds to their maxbi wallet.I no longer wish to purchase products from you.worst service never recommended

They sell you faulty spares and then won't give refund or replacement. I had ordered two times, both times they the spares were faulty.

I have placed multiple orders from maxbhi, initially all the orders used to be a bit of medium quality product, which works. But from last two year, they are importing very low quality product from china or wherever, they just broke when you are placing in phone itself and since the replacement policy is send by yourself. They wont replace or receive package and this goes for a month following with super duper floppy customer care.

The only way to get refund of your products is to complain in consumer complaints and they understand and helps, but takes more time to resove.

This website is a complete scam. My Oppo A3s screen got damaged so I needed a replacement asap. Firstly the product was dispatched very late. Once I did receive it, it turned out to be a defective lcd screen. So did they purposely send me a defective product or did they not test the product before dispatch? Unbelievable. I completely lost trust and asked them for a refund. No reply from except some computer generated messages. They don't even pick up the phone. Don't waste your money with these frauds. Get your phone repaired at local repair shop they may charge a little more but at least your phone will be surely fixed.

Don't buy any products from Maxbhi, They are selling cheap products. After purchase, they mentioned In-Screen Fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor or any other in-built sensors does not work. No return and replacement of the product. 10,249.00 Rs loss.

I purchased 1 pc LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro - Black (display glass combo folder) Order #*******, Paid Rs 1259 on 5th Sep 2023 at 11:58pm. Delivery by 07 Sep 2023. Defective and reject item received on 11 Sep 2023. The Display Touch and Pattern not working (mobile repair shop Receipt attached).

No refund. No pick up. No replacement.
Replacement only if defective LCD received at Maxbhi.com by 20 Sep 2023 at customer's own cost and if it meets Maxbhi.com approval. Items sent India Speed Post receipt attached. Replacement in 10 days time.
I am without a mobile and will remain so for more than 1 month.

My only mistake is I trusted apparently fake good review of Maxbhi.com at its website.
A total of helpless 782 maxbhi.com customers had neither got their money back nor a working product. See Indian Consumer Complaints Forum screenshot attached.

Also, e-commerce Maxbhi.com is in clear and gross violation of Rule 4 of e-Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. E-Commerce Portal Maxbhi.com do not have consumer grievances redressal system, telephone number, email ID, address, cancellation policy, money refund policy, pick up and replacement of defective and reject items supplied to consumer and many more.

I have placed order for two products and As one of product was wrongly selected. Even after providing correct information product is not shipped timely with other product. After a week product still not shipped. As I couldn't wait that longer requested for cancellation but customer support is pathetic. Never ever order anything from Maxbhi once you place order your money is gone. Even if product is of bad quality or before shipment you want to cancel Maxbhi will not support.

I have purchased a total of 4 products from maxbhi store. But unfortunately non of them has been successful. C11 has touch issues, note7s both batteries fail and phone switches after a few minutes, iPhone xr touch is not precise and has trouble typing. I love the price but the products are not upto mark. It was a waste of money.
