Beware of this scam site. Stay away if you don't want to lose money.
They didn't even have a cancellation policy.

I had a very bad experience with this company I ordered lcd touch scree and its been more than 25 days and its not been delivered yet

The customer care is of no help they are trained to just ask the customer to wait for some more time and nothing else

There is no simple return or refund policy and the complicated policy they have is all in favour of the company and the customer is given more pain and 0 setisfaction

I regret my discussion of trusting this company and making payment

Not after 25 day also I am still waiting for a phone call for the update on order cancellation process and another good 10 days for order delivery if I do not want to cancel the order...

Over all the time was great the delivery of the product was great the delivery of the day of the product was great.

My experience with Maxbhi was very bad I ordered two mobile displays (bill attached) from this company and after 15 days both of them stopped working and when I called customer care they didn't say anything about this problem Also refused to listen and clearly stated that the company is not allowed to provide any support on the sold products.
My question is if they do not support their sold products after 15 days then why they are selling such poor quality products and fooling their customers.
I will never buy anything from your company and will not recommend anyone to buy your products/mobile accessories and waste their money on them.

It's very disappointed journey with maxbhi. Ek screen magwai wo bhi band bheji aur jab vapas bheji to bolte hai apne Tod kar bheji hai then vapas uska pic liye usme kuch tutta hua nahi tha. Maxbhi middle class logo k emotions se khel Raha hai. Yaha 1200 kese kamaye jate wo middle class person ho janta hai.
Aaj jab coustomer care ko call Kiya to unhe yahi update nahi bas bol Diya apne product Tod kar bheja. I will meet soon in court

Very poor service, false advertisements, scamming and telling it is already mentioned in terms and conditions. If you want to replace you have to pay for the courier charges also within 10days time frame. The support team is just awful. Never buy anything from their website providing bad quality. Check their terms and conditions. I hope you never go through the kind of bad service I'm dealing with.

I ordered a display folder of reame 5 and it was good but not original but it was close to original and product fitting and packaging was good

I recently purchased a replacement touch screen combo for my mobile phone from Maxbhi, and to put it mildly, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This review serves as a warning to all potential buyers - stay away from Maxbhi unless you want to waste your money on defective products and be left without any recourse.

The trouble began almost immediately after I installed the replacement touch screen. Within just one day of usage, the touch screen stopped responding, rendering my phone completely useless. I couldn't believe it - what a waste of time and money! Naturally, I contacted Maxbhi right away, hopeful that their advertised "easy replacement" would come to my rescue.

However, dealing with their customer support was nothing short of an exercise in frustration. After explaining the situation and presenting my case for a replacement, they bluntly denied my request! What's the point of offering a warranty if they won't stand behind their products when they are clearly defective? Their behavior is deceptive and unprofessional, and it's clear they care more about taking your money than providing quality products and service.

To add insult to injury, the replacement part came with a sticker that clearly stated a 3 months warranty, and yet they conveniently ignored their own commitment to customers. It's either a shameful attempt at false advertising or a display of complete incompetence on their part.

In desperation, I had no choice but to buy the same replacement part from a local shop, albeit at a slightly higher price. However, at least the local shop had the decency to stand behind their product and offer a genuine 3 months warranty. This speaks volumes about the difference in service quality between Maxbhi and trustworthy local suppliers.

I implore you, dear readers, do not be enticed by the cheap prices at Maxbhi; it's nothing more than a facade to lure unsuspecting customers into their web of deception. Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and additional expenses by avoiding Maxbhi altogether.

In conclusion, my experience with Maxbhi's mobile phone replacement part was abysmal, and I sincerely hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others. Don't make the same mistake I did; invest in reliable and reputable sources for replacement parts and avoid the headache that comes with dealing with Maxbhi. Your hard-earned money deserves better treatment than what this company has to offer.

I purchased Samsung M31 display, then sent a defected product. Applied for replacement but they didn't. My 1300 was totally gone.

Don't buy from here in maxbhi, better loss your money to a know person. Don't loss your money to a unknown person. Don't ever go for it.

Fraud Website, they send the wrong or old product, and once you received the product they say we have sent the correct one, please contact the post courier and take a video will share the voice recording.

They get money and hang up your call if you call customer service.

I ordered mobile spare part from maxbhi.com, they send me faulty product, instead of replacing product(still under replacement warranty) they gave me lame excuses and denied replacement.Their customer service is pathetic instead of understanding problem, they keep on pushing same copy paste messages.

Really poor site never trust these fake reviews, these mother$#*!er took 3000 rs for One plus Nord display and I receive broken display. I initiated replacement request as soon I got the order. But they denied the replacement request. I called there customer service and they hung the call twice and third time they denied the replacement and said that its my mistake that I have received this broken display. Chor h saale never believe in these fake reviews.
