I was upset because my documents did not arrive on time. I called the general 800 number and was lucky enough to get Gavin Williams. He took the time to listen to my problem and fix it. He called my provider with me on the line and then waited until the problem was resolved. Then, he called back 2 weeks later to check on my progress. That is 5 star service!

Tried to get me on plan for April first. As I have had one delay after another was supposed to be on January 1st. I was again supposed to get on April first but paperwork not submitted, now I am trying for May first.

Eduardo spoke to us several months ago about changing companies for our Plan F. He reached out again this week - just in time to take care of this. He has all the tools he needs on hand to help and knows the plans. He was fast, efficient, and very pleasant to work with.
