I have purchased item from their UK website. 4 days later it says my parcel is in customs clearance process. I was also provided with dpd tracking number which says that Dpd hasn't received my parcel and only shipping label has been created.
Their customer support representative, Jordan, very sarcastic, ignorant and uninformed individual, in my opinion, is a waste of time and useless in providing any sensible information. He didn't event want to provide their business email address as apparently its a secret. Talking to a brick wall gets u further.
Their supervisor must have been still in bed as Jordan couldn't get any reply from his superior. At least this is what, full of charm, Jordan, from Barcelona customer services, has said.
I would strongly advise to avoid Michael Kors. Misleading, ignorant, sarcastic and disrespectful towards their paying customers. How on earth is this still allowed. Certainly, this is case for trading standards to look into!
I cannot believe they're allowed to operate in Canada with NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND POLICY! They are mean people and it's my first and last visit to this horrible store. Now I'm getting rid of the bag as I highly DO NOT recommend it let alone promote by using their bag. Zero star! Sorry but I hope this will help many not to get scammed & bullied by Michael Kors.
I see bad customer service reviews about the Kors site and it is not the employees online or in retail stores fault, it is the crappy kors greedy policies that are all about revenue and nothing for customer service. Kors does not have any real customer service so employees have very limited leeway to facilitate the consumer. The employees are just following orders, it is the kors policies that are anti consumer. They dont do price adjustments, and returns are crazy with several hoops to jump through. Lost shipments, exchanges all have issues. Defective merchandise can be your problem, and replacements are not guaranteed. The Kors stores can not help you as they are mired in the anti-consumer polices. I will no longer purchase Kors items no matter how low the price adjustment, and no matter the kors retailer. I would have given a negative 5 stars but that was not possible on this site.
I bought an expensive MK cross body purse & have hardly used & the bottons are opening. It is risky to use bec anytime the two bottons keep opening.

Bought 3 items for christmas in october as soon as i received didnt like one item so i called to do exchange they dont do exchanges i was told return with ups label and reorder what i want in replacement so i followed intructions to a t called ups had pickup promptly next day now weeks later tracking is a joke no movement on package from facility as far as i can tell so i reach out 4 x to mk keep getting told nothing they can do even though i have their tracking info and their info on package as instructed they are idiots and thieves i ordered from kate spade meanwhile very happy with my purchase quality better in my opinion customer service 100% better but im still waiting on mk refund they say my responsibility to call ups not theirs (runaround) so i called my bank and they asked for tracking info and they credited me my money and researching it im done with mk never again will i do business with them
Michael Kors has terrible customer service and unprofessional services. They reduce prices and do not really do price adjustments and have almost impossible return policies. They need to adapt better business practices and customer services. As a VIP member they offer a discount which is substantially less than the sale price. Do not quite understand the logic in this.
There are many stores that sell Michael Kors brand merchandise but the best bet in my opinion is to get your purchase straight from the source. They have a much better selection, more unique items, and great sales. I've never had to return anything nor have I ever had to contact customer service. Everything I've gotten has been of superior quality.
I bought 2 items from MK for Thanksgiving and one of them came wrong color. Went to store to exchange it to the right one forgetting my paper receipt and they refused to do anything for me even though I had my online receipt and the card I used, and I was just wanting the same item but different color. Came back the next day with my receipt and both of the purses I bought because I was sick of them and wanna refund both. They checked and said my payment was not found so they can only refund me in a gift card unless I call their customer service number and see if I can get MY MONEY back. They fully acknowledged it was my money lol. This is absolutely scam, once you give them your money you cant get it back. Go buy somewhere else not MK!
I returned first one becouse it was peeling just under the closing button and I used it just once. Guess what happened with secound one, exactly the same thing! Ridiculous, handbag for 300 euro breaking after using it just one day!

I bought a Michael Kors bag and the shoulder strap came off after about three months. I looked up their warranty and it was for one year so I started the process to have it repaired or replaced. They basically have jerked me around for the past five months. First they said I could have a replacement, then it wasn't available, next they were back ordered on a gift card for $171 for a replacement for the bag. Don't buy a Michael Kors bag because they fall apart and they do not honor their warranty!
So upset with my recent purchase. Received purse with a sticky brown stain inside of it. Totally ruined…. You spend 350 on a purse and this is how it comes in the mail. I am disgusted. Called the company and they blew me off and refused to send a return label or a exchange. They said I needed to shop the purse back and wait 14 days for refund then buy again… I am 9 months pregnant and all I wanted was a new purse to take to hospital! But I get this! I do not plan on ever buying from them again because of how I was treated over the mistake they made.

Over the past three months I have ordered 4 handbags from Micheal Kors. Each one arrived separately and each one with brilliant service, amazing tracking system and arrived on the date stated. I live in beautiful New Zealand and am thrilled with my products and cannot wait to show them off. My only disappointment was two bags did not have dust covers. Still happy though, would appreciate a reply to my review mainly because I have spent a lot of money.

This lieing $#*! racist $#*! at the Michael Kor store at Arden whom we paid cash for an ugly white flimsy purse did not give me my money back on my debit card like she was suppose to. She put on my receipt that I changed my mind which is not the reason for the return! She assumed that $#*!. I told her the strap was crappy and flimsy. Not worth $200 plus dollars. She never even asked me the reason for my return. This racism in America has got to stop! Just getting treated like a 3rd rated citizen is agonizingly $#*!ed up and stressing me out. While I'm writing this, a security officer is sitting in his patrol car just watching me, lol. This $#*! is ugly. Just exhausted. These racist in 2021 need to grow the $#*! up. We are all Americans! Wake up! Stop! Just freaking stop! Geez!
We ordered a pair of shoes which were supposed to come in 4 days, instead they changed the address and sent them to the wrong location. Later we called them to ask where the shoes were and they pretended like nothing happened. Later they offered us a refund, keep in mind that we bought the shoes on a 50% sale, and said that they couldn't do anything about it and wouldn't send us a replacement. After loosing our product and offering us half a refund they said we would get 20% of a new collection, instead of giving us the product we ordered. Basically we ended up with no shoes and we were the ones that got the blame.

First one came and it was perfect! So happy. The second one came used and abused! What the hell MK? I was told to return the purse but they couldn't replace it because it was sold out. Which is totally fine. But aren't you a little concerned you're selling used goods for hundreds of dollars?!? I love Michael Kors designs but I will not be buying from you again. So disappointed. I had to save for these purses only to be burned.
