So I bought a bag off the website and I've had the bag for almost 5 months and my straps started to rip so I contacted them and they were sooo helpful and after providing all the info they needed witch wasn't much but proof they are replacing my bag for a new one and I got to pick a different one. I love Michael kors and will only buy his purses.
Michael kors watchs are made by fossil. Watch was $225 band broke within 5 months.
But their 2 yr warranty only covers movement. Total overpriced garbage from china.

I purchase two pair of shoes from Micheal Kors online in December I receive
Them in January I wore the shoes for the first time on may 12 2022 for my graduation and the shoed inside of the shoes fall apart and when I call customer service they were rude and not helpful out all what ever happened to good customer service.
I purchased 10 Michael Kors bags for my family for birthdays and holidays this year. I did it all online. Their online tool is awful. It will restrict you looking for no reason. It won't always capture any promo codes you add and instead kick you off the site.
If you find the price to go down within days of placing the order and reach out to customer service, don't expect to hear back from them. I also wrote in about how strange their website accepted and again I heard nothing back at all. I wrote more than 4 emails and never heard back.
For a luxury product you will get the worst care. Even the corner gas station does better then their customer service. This company truly could care less about any problems you are having just to buy the product. I hate to guess what they would do if the product was defective or damaged. They probably would do exactly the same and just ignore any written communication from you.
If you buy from this company just beware that once they have your money you are dead to them.
I rated MK 1 star on this review but only because I had to enter something. Nothing existed below a 1 star. My husband and I purchased an expensive handbag as my Valentine's present 02/14/22. Within 2 months it was falling apart. I called customer service and was told to submit a claim, receipt and photos. I did. They promptly said it was denied. I asked to speak to someone but was ignored. After countless emails and phone calls I finally talked to someone that refused to do anything. I will NEVER step foot in another MK store, will NEVER purchase another MK product and will tell all family and friends not to shop MK! MK products are not quality or worth what they costs and customer service is a joke! Horrible products and horrible customer service!

After two weeks a handbag should not fall apart with nowhere to get help with. Received a Michael Kors watch that I purchased for a gift. I opened up the package and found the front stone is missing. Called customer service to see if I can get one from another store since it was bought at a mk store. They would not let you return it, instead, they want me to ship it back and wait up to 30 days for a refund. I paid $480.00 for a crappy quality along with the worst customer service. I was introduced to Michael Kors by my late cousin who adored the brand name, she had every purse, wallet and other items that you can think of. This is one of the reasons why I bought a Michael Kors purse in her memory. I am very sad to say that Michael Kors has not lived up to its brand name. I had purchased a purse and the straps attached to the actual purse was fraying away. I explained this to the representative numerous times on the phone and email and they kept coming back to me with the same response which was an automated response, telling me how concerned they are and wanted to make it better. Repeatedly apologizing but never once did they came up with a solution. For the amount of money spent on this purse I will never buy a Michael Kors again! And I will never recommend anyone to this brand name. I have less expensive purses in my closet that last longer than the almighty to Michael Kors.so disappointing and unacceptable!
I reached out to MK customer service regarding a wallet that I received as a gift not even 2 years ago and is already falling apart. I have been a loyal Michael Kors customer for years, and even if they could not assist me with my product issue directly due to it being outside of the warranty period, I assumed they would provide me with a credit of some sort or at the least a general acknowledgement of the issue, considering the luxury price point of their products. However, all I received from customer service was a link to their "partner facility", which would require an additional out of pocket cost on my part and repeated prompts that the product was no longer under warranty.
I been calling Michael Kors since I sent in my purses becase the the quality is so poor now thr firts time they have not done anything at all so when i called they guy said i have to order a new puse cause they dont habe my style anymore now they daid i would receive in 2 weeks it's been a moth and nothing Michael kors is the worse I'll make sure my husband doesn't give me any gifts from you guys at all.

Sent me a predrafted email that said they were sorry to see I was upset with their decision - BEFORE I even knew their decision! Then further said they wouldn't cover it under warranty but I could send it back and pay to have it repaired! This was an online store purchase. Will not purchase again!

Bought a coat 40 days ago and there is a small mk plate on the arm of it and it fell off. I paid more for this coat then I paid for any coat and it is not covered. And I shop at the Michael kors store it self, I bought so many purses however I will not be buying no more from them because this is insane. When you charge that much for your products it should definitely be covered for at least a year. So definitely lost a customer.
My boyfriend purchased a purse for me for Christmas. When I received the purse, I noticed the shoulder strap was missing. I emailed customer service, and they were no help at all. They directed me to their repair centre, who quoted me $75USD plus shipping and return shipping for a new strap. I'm not paying another $100+ for something I already paid for.

I have purchased item from their UK website. 4 days later it says my parcel is in customs clearance process. I was also provided with dpd tracking number which says that Dpd hasn't received my parcel and only shipping label has been created.
Their customer support representative, Jordan, very sarcastic, ignorant and uninformed individual, in my opinion, is a waste of time and useless in providing any sensible information. He didn't event want to provide their business email address as apparently its a secret. Talking to a brick wall gets u further.

I would strongly advise to avoid Michael Kors. Misleading, ignorant, sarcastic and disrespectful towards their paying customers. How on earth is this still allowed. Certainly, this is case for trading standards to look into!
