ORDERED ON BLACK FRIDAY AND IT IS NOW ALMOST 20 DAYS WITHOUT OUR CHRISTMAS CARDS! EMAILED, CALLED AND STILL NOTHING HAS CHANGE. I AM SO UPSET THAT THIS WILL BE OUR FIRST YEAR WE ARENT ABLE TO GIVE OUR CHRISTMAS CARDS TO 17 TEACHERS AND ADMIN AT OUR SCHOOL. MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE IN TEARS CRYING OVER THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY RUINED OUR SCHOOL TRADITION DROPPING OFF HOLIDAY CARDS. THEY WONT EVEN PRINT AND OVERNIGHT THEM TO US TO MAKE THIS RIGHT… SMH, THEY SAID I HAVE TO WAIT 4 MORE DAYS MAKING IT 24 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED. DO NOTTTTTTT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY
I ordered my Christmas cards dec. 4. It is now dec. 15 and I have still yet to receive my cards. As a matter of fact every day I check it keeps pushing it out one day so keep saying it's going to arrive the next day and the next day. It was no mention of them being possibly delayed until AFTER I already placed my order. Very scammy like. So, here is it dec. 15 and I am still without any Christmas cards - by the time they get here and I ship them out I'm sure it will be Christmas Day (wishful thinking) I feel like they probably won't be here until even after that. I really wanted to try this company out because everything looked so cute and right up my ally but unfortunately I will not use them again because of this.
Ordered holiday cards and was very selective in companies depending on delivery date, minted showed the earliest- well they clearly were deceiving and just trying to get customers. My order date has now been pushed 3 times! Won't make it in time to ship to my friends and family- have contacted support back and forth for days- which they gave templated responses and finally refunded bc my cards probably will never get here. Stop deciding customers if u don't know when cards will arrive u should not display inaccurate days, I'm sure u have that in ur records and know what u can and can't print on time.
The worst experience ever -
I placed a Christmas card order on Nov. 30. Minted just moved my delivery date from 12-13 to 12-17 without any explanation and virtually no customer service. I have used them for cards and invitations for years but will never use them again.
I ordered my holiday cards before Thanksgiving and paid extra to have them by 12/2. At the earliest they are staying I'll have them by 12/11 now! They basically lost and messed up my order and all the customer service reps I talked to before today (12/5) didn't escalate my issue or do anything!
Used them twice against my better judgement. Both were late and customer service was terrible. Don't use this company
I spent $732 on my Christmas Cards and they are over a week late and still "in process." There is no help from customer service and who knows if I will even get them by Christmas at this point.
When the site would not allow me to add photos as in the past, the "chat" assistant told me that I needed to do troubleshooting on my end. That was not at all helpful. When the site becomes glitchy, and you cannot edit your project, I suggest you bail out, rather than waste your valueable time.
The quality of MINTED cards are fantastic, however the printing department is careless. MINTED sent me someone's addressed enveloped instead of mine. While MINTED quickly sent me the correct envelopes their was no apology for the PII slip. I shredded the enveloped I received but who knows who was sent my envelopes with all of my family and friends addresses. On top of that, I am happy I went through all the envelopes because they sent me a duplicate of one address and didn't send me another address. The quality control is poor. It's a shame because they have a good product. I would not recommend minted.
We ordered holiday cards for our clients, and we enjoyed our experience with Minted. I was particiularly impressed by the delivery - it was very fast! I was impressed by the quality of the cards, the spare envelops (which we weren't expecting), the letter about the independent artist, and the compostable packaging! I would use Minted Again!
Not a user friendly bunch, great invitations, poorly thought out packaging, slow, slow.
Incomprehensible rsvp web sight, countless guests have complained. I asked for help, and was told it was my problem ( hence the review).
Never again for any reason!
While the products may be nice but extremely expensive they take a long time to prepare and deliver. And when there is an issue i. E. they shorted me 15 invitations which may not seem like a lot but it was almost half my order they are not making it a priority to resolve the issue. I was lied to by two different reps about the when the delivery would happen and after discussions with many reps, 5 days later the issue is still not resolved and the invites are still not printed. Never use it again and would not recommend them.
I ordered Table Number cards and Place cards for my wedding - thought this would be easy enough... they printed the Table # cards incorrect -- really? How can you mess up a table #? They re-printed twice for free and they didnt correct the error they made--they just sent the same S#! T out again! Horrible customer service! Spoke with someone who could barely speak English or understand me -- never ordered from them before -- this is the first and last time! I would have done a better job myself! So disappointing and no time to get them re-printed elsewhere -- I emailed them to complain and no one responded back! Completely disgusted and sooooo unprofessional! How do they exist with all the horrid reviews they get which i should have looked at before choosing them for the biggest day of my Life! Shame on you!
Great customer service but for the price, it is terrible paper and terrible print. Their foil does not look like the sample they send. You can find way cheaper for this awful quality
Ordered cards 11/28/20. Received cards 12/23/20 WITH NO ENVELOPES. On hold with customer service for 90 minutes SO FAR. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have been a loyal Minted customer for years and really love their products. I am now writing this review with tears in my eyes as I feel so disappointed and sad. I ordered Christmas cards and wrapping paper on 12/8 and paid for rush shipping with expected delivery on 12/17. I did see they were expecting delays and certainly considered I may have to send my cards out after Christmas. I never imagined it would be this bad. I still don't have my cards or wrapping paper on 12/23 after being assured that my package would arrive first by 12/22 at noon, and later at 12/23 at noon. I have no faith at this point that I will get Christmas cards out or have wrapping paper to wrap gifts (unless I go out to the store and buy whatever is left and that no one wanted). I was really hoping for something joyful this year and feel stupid for trusting Minted. Reading these reviews, it looks like I'm not alone. They did refund my shipping cost and offered me a 35% discount, which I do appreciate. I love their products, but this hurt to my heart makes me unlikely to buy from them in the future.
Ordered Holiday Cards on December 9th and had a received date of 12/18. It then moved to 12/21 then again to 12/23. Today I learned the company really has no way of estimating deliver. Granted, I saw a banner on have the page that orders might be delayed because of the coronavirus but that doesn't absolve issues. I called tech support and learned that the company really doesn't have a way to determine backlogs or accurately estimate delivery dates. They should be able to do that. As such, i recommend Tiny Prints which is a smoother operation overall.
We ordered holiday cards on December 10th. The cards have shown "production in progress" for over 11 days now. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back.
We took a chance on Minted this year, despite the fact that their products are more expensive. They have failed our expectations. Definitely do not plan on using them again.
Minted is a company that we've ordered various lifetime milestone cards from. They really must be under new management as we believe we have been scammed by them as they have done to others. This is unlike them. Originally my order, which we paid for expedited shipping on, was scheduled for 12/17 delivery. Then it got moved to 12/18. Then it got moved to 12/21. Today is 12/21 and they still haven't arrived 4 days before Christmas. It's no wonder that most of the cards we have received this year are from Shutterfly. I never thought we would be scammed by them after spending thousands over the years. The last few business days they have left us on hold for hours with no answer.
I ordered our holiday cards late from Minted this year after shopping around- I thought I might save some money and also get our envelopes pre-printed. Almost 200.00 later and I just checked the process of the design. There is- in very small grey print at the bottom of our card- some other family's name. It's the demo name on the card. Is there no stop-gap check when this very tiny, hard to see field doesn't get filled out? So for another 25.00 they will stop the order and reprint with the correct name. 215.00 now. Next year I am sending digital cards. This bites. Yes, technically my fault. I thought for just a minute about letting our card say 'The Harrison Family' at the bottom because it would be kinda funny. So 2020.
Update: Minted reprinted and waived the 25.00 fee. Thanks, Minted. Just make sure that small, grey type-field is more noticeable for others next time.
Answer: I was trying to do that but couldn't get an answer or find out. I would say no, not possible. I order a bunch of holiday cards, cost almost $300 with pre-printed addresses. 3 weeks, still waiting.
Answer: I couldn't find that. I ordered 100 holiday cards. Cost approaching $300. Been a few weeks and have no real delivery date. Today is 12/22. Oh well, they will be new years cards instead
