Very, very trustworthy site! Many people get upset about not getting a product, but tend to forget that BJDs take a long time to be made. If you order a pre-order, you need to except several months before you get your doll. They always give free candy or bookmarks with little orders, and seem to give out little goodies when you order a large amount. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I have never had a bad experience with them!
Placed an order late December 2010, and now it is late April 2011, and I don't have a credit, refund or merchandise. Do not trust this company, they give excuse after excuse, none of which are viable. I got ripped off by Jim Chan, who is the owner. They are located in Traverse City, MI.
