I ordered an expensive saree that was not at all as the picture indicated, horrible quality and once I reported it back to Mirraw they ignored my emails and did not even acknowledge the issues.After chasing behind the delivery for almost a month what I re I was a huge disappointment.It had ugly stains on it and had threads coming out of it from everywhere.
I have called three times asking if my returned parcel has arrived and I've received no indication. No mention of a refund has even put in place. I do not recommend. Customer service is rubbish and so is the return policy. Clothes came and didn't match the sizing provided on website. Customer service needs improving.

I ordered Lengha which was wrong size. I called customer service. They never resolve any issue. They keep giving you wrong information. Never do anything about it. Neither give you refund or exchange even it's their fault.

Second complaint - mirraw emailed me a receipt with an "X" signature(not the signature of my intended recipient or her front desk) stating package was received.
Figure it out mirraw! The courier kept the package!
Now, on my next trip over, I have to keep my eyes open for a beautifully dressed XpressBees delivery person among all the others! THATS MY SARI!

I never recieved my order number M*******. When I raised concern about it they said it has been delivered to my neighbour which is apparently not true. They keep ignoring my messages. I purchased more than £100 worth products from them before. I'm so disappointed they don't trust my words. If the courier did something wrong they need to deal with it. But as a customer I deserve to get either my item or refund.

I ordered lots of stuff from Mirraw. Some of them came out really well and some others we didn't like as the items were not as displayed on the Mirraw website. I returned the items to Mirraw as per their return policy for a refund. Now it's been two months (since Dec 2022) they have not refunded our money. Their argument is that there was no tracking number on the parcel we returned back to Mirraw. They should understand sending a parcel with a tracking number cost a customer a lot more than what you have paid for the item itself. They disagree on that and have not refunded us our money. This was one situation in another case we had ordered a stuff worth of $200 which according to Mirraw was delivered to our address. Since it was during the Christmas time 2022 December. We never got the parcel -well things get misplaced or delayed during Christmas time so we contacted Mirraw within 7 days to inform about the missing package. Mirraw refused to acknowledge my concern and despite our repeated request to refund the $ amount for items we never received they closed the file with a statement that the parcel has been delivered.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from Mirraw unless one is 200% sure. Their refund policy is a fraud.

First of all it's a hassle to get a hold of anyone. The WhatsApp messenger no one responds, the phone numbers just ring no one picks up, the email, sometimes you can get a response. Nonetheless I have ordered twice from this site. Once it was okay and item was a good buy (price and quantity) and was quick delivery. So I decided to buy again. This second time was awful, and when I received the two items, one was clearly used and had stains. The response on this was we will give you 20% discount and you can take it to a tailor? Or you can send it back but you will need to pay the customs fee. Why would I take a 20% discount on a used/stained item? What would a tailor do to fix a used/stained item? And why would I pay customs fee that's more than what the item is worth? Wouldn't be using their site anymore. Have not heard back from then, so just cutting my losses.

I ordered two lenhgas same colored due to some mistake, they delivered one of them and I didn't like the fabric so I wanted to return or exchange both and if not both so atleast one, but they denied to return or refund by saying this that it's customised so we can't. Mirraw (clothing ecommerce merchant based in India) sent me stained items, then only agreed to refund me 10% of the value of the goods unless I returned the items from an international location where I had to bear the full cost of the return. Per the attached email from their 'Customer Support' they do not have a refund policy. DO NOT purchase from this site - shoddy product quality, poor customer service and terrible refund policy. This company is a SCAM - takes your money but doesn't deliver items which are fit-for-purpose

Mirraw has no compassion in their team. I made my purchase trusting it will arrive on time but it did not, it took more than a month until now. I have emailed, called, messaged but the responses are always pushed to different people or half heartedly. They never responded my inquiries about why my items have been delayed but rather cold in their responses. The 'take it or leave it' replies. I have waited and still am waiting for my items, I have asked for a full refund but got fully rejected even though there is a policy about 7-14 days refundable issues. No explanation or at least offered a solution to meet fairly. Simply disgraceful and disappointing. They have wasted all my time just as they have lost a customer. All from their disappointing customer service.

First time i have purchased 3items, all were ordered size M and only 1 fitted well, 1 was more like xs size and the last one too loose like XL... after talking to customer service I ordered the smallest kurti 1 more time (this time I ordered size L) the sizing again is off,the difference between size M and L is barely 0.5inch, customer service reluctant to help and solve the problem.

The are fake and do not honor returns, sent used some old stuff and very cheap quality. I spent close to $200 on cloth which is equivalent t0 18,000 INR. These people are Thugs and very unprofessional and did not honor what they promised.

I purchased and then returned the product as it wasn't pure cotton as the website claimed. My money wasn't credited to my account but was credited to mirraw money. I am willing to buy something out of that money but everything is just too overpriced. Check for the prices of the items you want to buy on Myntra and you will see a massive price difference. I don't know what to do of that mirraw cash now.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
