I have made several purchases from the Mobile Home Parts Store. The items arrive quickly and properly packaged in order to prevent damage. If you do need to talk to someone - they are pleasant and willing to go that extra mile for you. One time I had to return some parts (my fault) and they could not have made it more simple, and the refund was quick (none of that 7 - 10 day stuff). I do a lot of shopping online and they usually ask you rate them, take a survey, or do something to convince future shoppers that their service is the absolute best. I don't have time to waste convincing others where to shop and refuse the offer, but I am making a deviation from that practice for the Mobile Home Parts Store. I am that pleased with them.
