Ordered a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan cover. Was exactly what was needed. Item was on backorder but they were very prompt in letting me know and how long they thought it might be. I did talk to customer service because there was some confusion with email received. This person was very friendly & helpful and got me an answer to my question with the one phone call.
