I ordered a purse in a small size. It was too small, so I reordered it in a larger size. They sent me another small one so I kept it and gave it away as a gift and reordered the large one. I got it and was very satisfied, but I ended up with 4 purses, 3 of which I did not need. By the way, I love the purse.

I contacted customer service by email 3 times with concerns about my purchase and no response. I could not use the product so it's a 100% loss for me. I would never buy anything else from them.

I ordered face masks from this site and they were immediately thrown in the trash upon arrival because they were made in CHINA. Never again!@#$%

I've been trying to return a purse I purchased. Not what I expected. I still haven't found a way to do that!
It's not straight forward.

Great place to get great items. Very polite and refund policy or a return item always satisfactory. Leather purses are awesome. My friends and I use them every day. I would definitely recommend mibstub to all if you want great product at great prices. Tyvm.

I ordered 7 purses; the first 6 arrived okay, but the 7th is not at all what I ordered. Have tried several times to get this handled to no avail. I finally send a complaint to the BBB... everything about this outfit is a sham. STAY AWAY!

I have tried to return an item since dec 26 th customer service is only reachable via email and then if you do hear from them it's fake and they give you a link to a return shipping label that does not work horrible!

Ordered TWO hand bags. One is OK, but the large one is not what I expected. After 7 (yes SEVEN) emails they sent an email that tells me to print out my return label. When you click on PRINT it states that is an invalid address.
SO, I tried to reply to the email and it will not send because it states there is SPAM in the email. What a ripoff this place is...

Does not give you refunds like they say when you gave to return products that they shipped incorrectly and that you didn't order.

They are obviously not what they claim! I ordered a sofa cover from them one month ago and have yet to receive it HA. What a scamming rip off company. If I do not hear from them in a couple of days I will report them to BBB. Post every where to warn people to NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I hate to see folks ripped off when they workhard for their money or a low fixed income...

Placed an order advertising a variety of 10 pack of dove deodorant just received it it only had 2 different scents they were all the same false advertising at its best horrible packaging just thrown in a bag cans were dented

Received July 9. On August 25th strap pulled out of side and purse fell to the ground. Contacted Mobstub. Too bad for me, 30 day warranty.

Love it. It fits my phone and everything and still hangs flat I still have one more compartment I haven't used. And it's just the right size. I am ordering more colors

Took my money and did not receive product. When tried to contact the unsuccessful. Learned my lesson

I ordered a ring in December of 2018. I was sent a different ring. I attempted to write to MobStub. NO ONE ANSWERED. IS THIS TRULY HOW YOU DO BUSINESS?

Because I complained on another web site, they responded to me three months later. When I tried to write back to them, it was a dead end. The e-mail was rejected by MobStub. Are you seeing yellow and red flashing lights? THINK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!

I ordered an electric stove from them. When it's turned on a light is supposed to go on and look like flames. It worked the first two times I used it and then stopped working. I was told to take it apart and change the bulb which I did. It worked one time and then stopped working. I would not order from them again.
