SCAM WARNING – Stay Away from mSpy!
This is by far the worst online service I have ever encountered.
I purchased mSpy expecting a working parental control app. Instead, the software did not work at all, despite following every single installation step provided by their support team. I spent hours trying to make it work on the target Android device – but it never functioned as promised.
When I asked for a refund (as their own refund policy states they must give one if the technical issue cannot be resolved), they simply refused. Instead, they offered "6 months of free service" for an app that doesn't even work. I declined, and their support kept replying with robotic, copy-paste messages that ignored my actual complaint.
I later discovered hundreds of other people with the same issue – on Trustpilot, Reddit, forums, and YouTube. Many call this a well-designed scam: take the money, delay support, and avoid refunding no matter what.
If you're considering mSpy – DON'T DO IT. Save your time, money, and energy.
I've already filed a chargeback through my bank, and I will be reporting this company to consumer protection authorities. This is not just bad service – it is deceptive business practice.
Avoid mSpy at all costs.
