Verkaufen PSN Cards, bei denen eine andere Region als Deutschland voreingestellt ist. Diese sind dann nicht in Deutschland einlösbar. Umtausch in Gutschein für die Region Deutschland wurde abgelehnt. Das ist unseriös. Lieber woanders kaufen. Bei Instant gaming hatte ich keine solchen Probleme und Gutschein hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Finger weg von mtcgame!

Worst Customer Service
I ordered 4X 20 tl steam wallet codes on 21/01/23 from this.Tried to Redeem them on 30/01/23.All of the codes was first showing invalid and then showed already redeemed.Then I knocked their support on telegram they said codes seems invalid report It by ticket.I created ticket and they said the code was used in the account I mentioned but It wasn't.Then again knocked their admin on whatsapp.They said knock steam customer support and ask for usage date details and I did and provided Screenshot but steam doesn't provide that.Again they asked to get help from steam turkey support I also did that.Got the same reply from them that they can't share and only seller can help.They said steam blocked the codes because I tried to redeem It on external region.What a joke!.I give them my turkey acc and redeem history.Been using steam for more than 4 year and I am not a fool.After all these hassle again they told me to open a ticket with steam screenshots and told me it will take 24 hr to process.It's been 3 days and I still haven't got reply from the admin on ticket.Worst ever experience for me on a gift card store.Bought them from a few times,all of those codes worked.But this four codes was already used and I showed them all the proofs.They just wasting my time.Not gonna be using this site in future If I don't get solution.Bunch of scammers wasting customers time!.They are just playing back and fourth game with me.Steam telling me to ask seller for option and replacement.They forced me to contact steam 3 times.That literally insane!
They replied to my ticket and the clowns still asking for the usage information from steam.Steam doesn't share that and what can customers do about that?.Pure jokers.This is the end of me buying anything from them in future.

Late delivery of code caused me to create a duplicate order thinking the first one was a payment failure as I was told codes are usually received in 30 minutes. And they have no refund policy. Would think twice before purchasing

I purchased 5,000 Fortnite Vbucks on the 23rd Dec 2022, Afterwards i was told to take a selfie before i receive the units, which i duly declined. I have purchased items online including Vbucks but never have i heard that one has to take a selfie. I was not comfortable with that and requested a refund same 23rd Dec. However all i keep hearing from MTC anytime am chatting with customer care is that they would refer my case to the Admin. This is 16th January and up until now, no refund. I think this is really unacceptable and unfair to me the customer. That was my first time trying to buy an item from MTC for my 9 year old son to play his Fortnite game. He was really disappointed.
