You sent the wrong control arms. The onus was then immediately placed on me to send them back before you would proceed with the rest of my order. I offered to outright buy new, correct control arms (and return the wrong ones you sent later) so that I didn't totally miss my state inspection window. I received no response. Based on poor communication, no consideration for consumer relations, and ever shifting timelines, I have missed no less than three garage appointments (all based on your timelines) and my only daily driver is outside inspection and undriveable. When spending 3,000 dollars, this is unacceptable. On top of this, I STILL have not received my shocks and springs. At every turn and throughout every interaction with mudify, I have not only been beyond disappointed, but forced to adapt and experience hardship amidst imposed by your firm's failures. I was intent on purchasing wheels and tires from Mudify next, while remaining a continuing customer. Receiving no flexibility or consideration when an individual makes a large purchase is just folly. I won't be returning.
I had multiple emails detailing my vehicle and the equipment on it. I was then given the recommendation to purchase an Old Man Emu kit that based on my vehicle having an ARB front bumper with Warn M8000 winch and steel cable, rock sliders, Prinsu Roof Rack, CBI rear swing out bumper with spare tire. I was told the rear lift springs should be the medium duty however once installed there's a noticeable sag to the rear of my 4Runner. I chose this option based on your company's recommendation off of the information I provided which is detailed above. Now I'll have to pay to have new springs and pay for installation so I'm very frustrated.

Thank you for your review. We completely understand your frustration. Based on the details you provided, our initial recommendation was the Heavy Duty setup front and rear to best support your build. After you expressed concern about not carrying constant rear weight, we accommodated your request for Medium Duty rear springs. Unfortunately, that choice didn’t match the actual load and led to the sag you’re seeing.

Only issue is had wat struts too a few weeks to arrive. I emailed muddify asking when we're they going to ship.Recieved reply later in the day, they didn't have the parts to build, was told they would be out of shop in 2 days.They were in the mail on day 2, This is not a complaint, I was in no hurry, some communication on their end would be nice.

Humm front sway bar hits the bottom spring on front shocks and it is 2" lower in front than the back.? I've had OME before and loved em... not sure about this one?
Got 2' lift (not leveling kit)
Received all the parts in adequatetime. One piece had a slight defect but contacted mudify and they helped me right away! Definitely a great experience. Will be doing business with them more often!

Probably the best customer service I've had buying aftermarket suspension parts. As a long time Toyota owner I've bought lots of suspension parts over the years to modify vehicles for off roading. Miguel was really helpful and I got a discount for having a CDL which is great!

Mudify claimed 3-5day shipping, this was/is a lie. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on a leaf spring. Everything came scattered, and FedEx was a nightmare. I had to Email, call and text for days to get a response from mudify. I will NEVER purchase form them again. If it had been one issue then fine but I literally had to fuss these people out to even get a response. I normally don't leave a bad review but my experience here was just awful and if I can save someone the headache and stress I went through then great. I really hope mudify gets it together and starts treating customers as such and has the decency to respond in a timely manner. I spent a lot of money on their website and they act like I bought a bushing kit or something. Mudify, do better!

While i recieved half my order promptly, it has been.over 2 weeks and i have no shipping confirmation on my front shock assemballys, and i am unable to complete install without these parts. Edit: Mudify reached out w part shipping # and apology, provided discount code, and communicated very well. Thanks!

Grateful that I was able to fully adjust what I needed and what I didn't with my ordering experience. Stuff shipped timely and was assembled well. The package did show up slightly damaged and worse for wear, but with a couple hundred clip staples it held together for the most part. Vendor may consider filling the void in the rest of the box surrounding the front shock/spring combos with a stiffer and larger material to aid in box longevity during shipping (from Mudify to Oregon on my part).

Everything came in quickly, front struts were assembled and ready to go, it all worked out great! Thank you Mudify! I only wish something came with the product as instructions for installation, but it was easy to find YouTube videos.

Fronts were initially shipped unassembled (asked for assembled). Problem was quickly resolved. Rear shocks are missing parts and now waiting on OME to solve the problem. Disgusted

The front shock and spring came assembled but the preload was set way too high. I ended up having to pull the suspension back off and lower the preload collars.
