I have waited over 2 months to receive incorrect products that are missing components and are not assembled. Initially, they did not even send the front suspension components and never provided anyupdate. I had to reach out to them after a month for an answer so they could resend the order which they screwed up. After reaching out and being told, I would be sent a return label to correct their mistakes, never received a return label nor call back after having attempted. I attempted calling and emailing multiple times with no reaponse from anyone in customer service. If you value your time and not being jerked around when spending over $5000, then choose another company. My experience has been a nightmare and it's still in unresolved.
I was speaking to Luis for a while to get the best product for what I wanted and he was quick to reply with helpful information. Upon my order I got delivered an item that was incorrect, which I let them know and they swiftly assisted me. They solved the problem by ordering the part I needed the day after I made a comment. They helped with return info as well. Overall, good experience. Thank you.
Found the pricing and deals to be good but the overall shipping and scratches on the parts I ordered to be disappointing,
I ordered $300 in gift cards however there is no ACTUAL gift card that I can give as a gift just emails for them…

Ok price and received what I ordered but never received tracking and the floor mats I ordered just kind of showed up on my porch one day. It was a nice surprise the day they arrived but had a few days wondering what was going on.
I am not a suspension expert. I was looking to upgrade the suspension on my 2007 FJ Cruiser. While searching online it was confusing to understand what I needed to do a proper suspension change over. Mudify was the only company that I found that would answer a phone call and discuss what I was looking for. They took the time to understand what I wanted to do. They even had me send pictures of my setup so they could recommend the right parts. The parts I received fit and gave me the lift I was looking for. The struts were pre-assembled, so I didn't have try and compress the coils. Mudify's staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to work with. I would recommend them to everyone.

I first started checking it out on their website on my own, but a few weeks later I decided to call to confirm some questions I had, and honestly, their customer service was excellent. The attention and treatment were great. Both people are from Venezuela, and they were the best at assisting me.

Was confirmed item was availabe in 'black." then next day, told no, we don't have them in black really? After you confirmed they were in black... but told they can be painted to black. Then, informed AFTER shipment, to paint them would require professional job. Was never told there was a remote possiblity this would require a professional stripping and powder coating, which cost just as much as the coil springs themselves! We understand that receiving a different color than initially expected is frustrating. However, we want to clarify the efforts made and the decisions you authorized, as our message to the customer community must be consistent and factual.
Timeline and Authorization:
September 30th (Late Afternoon): You contacted us in an emergency situation, requiring four coils immediately as your truck was disabled on the street. Based on our initial system check, we advised that the black coils were in stock.
October 1st: Before processing the shipment, our team discovered an inventory error: only the teal coils were immediately available for shipping. We immediately called you to explain the discrepancy. We presented two clear options for your urgent situation: To authorize the immediate shipment of the in-stock teal coils to get your truck operational, or to cancel the order for a full refund, as the black coils were not expected until November.
Given the urgency, you authorized the shipment of the teal coils. We then contacted the manufacturer, Dobinsons, to provide you with the best professional advice regarding painting the coils to your desired color as you asked us for.
The coils were delivered to you on October 1st at 2:14 PM, less than 24 hours after your initial phone call. This swift action reflects our commitment to prioritize your emergency.
We want to assure you and all future customers that we never ship products without the customer's explicit authorization, especially when a color or part changes from the original expectation.

Even though I bought the package protection plan. I'm Still missing parts after more than 10 days being delivered. I contacted by phone and emailed, no answers yet.
I called in several times with numerous questions and the team was very helpful and offered great advice. The front shock and coil assembly was very well priced and worth it 10x over. I was very happy with the overall purchase experience. The parts arrived fairly quickly. My only minor complaint was the top of one front shock poked through the shipping box and could have been damaged. Better packaging would be my only suggestion.
