Ordering my software package was easy. Let's see how the delivery works... update… great product/great price. Needed help solving a conflict with leftover shreds of an old version of Office. Customer service got me straightened our pronto. Awesome! Nothing like speaking to a real, live human when we need help. Kudos!

The customer service rep, Ryan, was patient and cordial. Interacting with him did not feel rushed or a need to move on to the next caller. He took the time necessary to explain a concept or issue and encouraged a call back if additional questions arose.

Still waiting for the installation. Not delayed at this point waiting. Everything else went smooth

I had an initial problem with the software download and so contacted My Choice. The wait was short to speak wit a rep. He was knowledgeable and helped me resolve the issue.

It was quick found what i wanted bought then got out little did i know i would never get it.

Easy to find product and make purchase. I needed to buy an official windows windows operating system.

Your website needs to scale back on the multiple screen boxes with ads and product promotions. It makes if hard and distracting to shop.

A little sticky when checking out. I had an issue of adding my credit card information. I could have been pressing the wrong bottom. The buttons that can be used should be highlighted. Any errors should be reported after pressing the corresponding key.

It was hard to choose from all the options but I found what I needed

The purchase experience was fine. When we went to install it, first it said the files were harmful and that the product had already been installed several times. I had to call Microsoft and go through a bunch of steps to finally get it downloaded. Took a lot of time. I've never had to do this when I purchased software through you before. Not sure what this was all about but wasn't happy with the process.

I follow the directions as directed on the website. I had a little problem, but I made a call and support was right on it and the problem was fixed.
