A little sticky when checking out. I had an issue of adding my credit card information. I could have been pressing the wrong bottom. The buttons that can be used should be highlighted. Any errors should be reported after pressing the corresponding key.

The purchase experience was fine. When we went to install it, first it said the files were harmful and that the product had already been installed several times. I had to call Microsoft and go through a bunch of steps to finally get it downloaded. Took a lot of time. I've never had to do this when I purchased software through you before. Not sure what this was all about but wasn't happy with the process.
