Great so far up to the checkout

Support was great and got an item replaced after we mistakenly purchased the wrong key

Will know more when I get the email with the download for software. I did not enjoy the 24 hour wait but can't complain about the process of purchasing and installing.

Easy to purchase, will see about using next time I need software

I've purchased from MyChoiceSoftware, a number of times, the site is easy to navigate and download, good pricing and support, excellent customer service

Purchased Office Pro 19. Installation is a pain because Microsoft will not accept the license number provided. It has been used before. Means you have to go through the telephone verification process. It's a real nuisance. MyChoice should alert potential customers to this glitch in their relationship with MS.

Fast and good price and very easy to install with no issue

Small glitch at the cart but nothing that would blemish the overall purchase.

After some trouble in following the directions provided, I was able to successfully install Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 on my new computer.

I was very pleased with the support staff. I was having problems installing and had to make 3 phone calls to the support staff to get it installed. All 3 support staff people were very helpful and the last staff member stayed on the phone to assist and make sure it installed.

... just got a Windows 10 machine from Dell. This Microsoft Office Pro 2019 download was pretty quick to download. We we credited the delay to the number of people making download purchases from My Choice Software. The install was smooth and now all I have to do is learn Windows 10. It's all relative.
Oh, they also had the best price $$.

The Purchase part was simple, easy and straight forward. I had a little problem with the activation and talked to Ryan from CS in the Chat room. He was SO VERY helpful and the process wasn't as complicated as I feared.

Easy and quick purchase, download was available as promised. Installation and activation without problem. Great software, great price.

So far, everything is fine. And the "installation to my computer" went very well.

I was pleased to see that MyChoiceSoftware is really a legitimate company with a facility nearby (I just returned from there).
