Purchased Office Pro 19. Installation is a pain because Microsoft will not accept the license number provided. It has been used before. Means you have to go through the telephone verification process. It's a real nuisance. MyChoice should alert potential customers to this glitch in their relationship with MS.
After some trouble in following the directions provided, I was able to successfully install Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 on my new computer.
I was very pleased with the support staff. I was having problems installing and had to make 3 phone calls to the support staff to get it installed. All 3 support staff people were very helpful and the last staff member stayed on the phone to assist and make sure it installed.
