Dont book a cake or anything on this website for your loved ones special day celebration. I ordered for 9th for my friend bday and they still holding the order for delivering the cake. They dont even allow me to cancel it by saying they are on the way to deliver it.

Had ordered coffee chocochip cake with a message to my mother,these guys delivered a wrong product that too with a no message.such an embarrassment who want to celebrate events of their loved ones.Do not bother to even try.best part if you try and complain they ignore it.See attached images

Worst app. First of all they didn't delivered order on said time and secondly they haven't refunded me since 50 days.Google shows such website at top. It was my mistake that I didn't read review.
Customer care person has no power in their hands. They will say one thing today and next thing tomorrow. My refund was approved on call but sent me no mail. At the end they even told me they will give me credits. But in the end they just said we have delivered so we can refund or redeliver

Highly recommend not to use this platform for orders. Rather use winni.in- amazing service & always delivery on time.

Myflowertree is horrible + poor customer service & they don't accept cancel request if delay is from their end. Please do not order form here

I have ordered bouquets from my flower tree website. Had received fresh and beautiful flowers. Liked.

My first experience with My Flower tree was very good. So this year I trusted your service blindly and was very disappointed. Both items delivered were different from the order placed (or shown in the website).
I ordered a Terrarium and was delivered was a normal potted plant. The bouquet ordered was meant to be orange roses with white flower border in a vase, but red roses were delivered.
Since my order was placed from abroad I could not rectify the order either. You can see the difference between the items ordered and those delivered in the pictures attached

This company is purely into cheating and fraud. They take order with advance payment and outsource the same order to some nearby shop who sells cheap product. So if I'm ordering 1000rs product i will get 150rs product. You are lucky if you receive a product in most of the case you will never receive any thing nor they answer your call. There are 4 - 5 people who are cheating people for around 1000 rupees, because for this nominal amount people will never take any action. In my case i paid 1500 approx for a cake, I received a cake from nearby bakery which i can get for 300rupees maximum. Careful they are big time fraud.

We ordered on 15-06-23 of the Birthdays Cake for the delivery requested on 18-06-2023, which was not delivered on the day and time.
Rather apologise they said they don't found the location and while we called them they said sorry for delay as it was Father's Day load and too much busy.
So finally I as a customer has to suffer and they were not understanding of the importance of the occasion.
Pathetic service

I,ll never suggest anyone to buy from this company. They won't deliver your order and claim as delivered. You won't get refund of your money in the bank account, as they don't refund to original source of payment. They will refund the money in their cash wallet and force to use the same. Third grade customer service. I'll make sure to file a legal complaint.

Guys stay away from this we site. I ordered cake for my Mother for Mothers Day. Its been 4 days these idiots haven't even delivered the cake yet. On top of they couldn't even bother to inform us about cake not being delivered or being delayed. I live overseas and always order stuff from fern n petals I had to choose my flowertree this time because fern and petals won't deliver on the same day. Atleas they are genuine and don't promise something they can't deliver. On the other hand flowertree is just a website they will take your money and will just never deliver the product. So guys please save your money and stay away from them. I hope they stop running this stealing business soon.

I miss some item even not got refund. Not got good response from company. I request all customers that not purchase from this website.

I have order a cake on 12th April for one of my employee for Work Anniversary and deliver is also on the same day. I have done the payment and still the order is not been delivered. I have raised a complaint to refund the amount but response from My Flower. Worst App please done try it and waste your money

I ordered from them twice, first on valentines day and the next time on the anniversary. On the first order, they did not have a card and the flowers were pale and did not last a day. Given it was valentines day, I did not raise any complaints and just ignore the bad quality. The second time was bad again. I am attaching a picture of what was ordered (right) and what was delivered (left). When I raised a complaint, they replied saying that "Slight variation" is possible. For sure, I am not going to order from them.

Usually I order from FNP this is the first time i tried this platform they did not deliver they are not attending call not even addressing issues. HORRIBLE WORST CHEATS

I lost my money and not yet received the purchase item. Now they are telling the address is wrong. The delivery boy already call for asking the location after conformation long time no response. When I call back him they are telling the payment is net received. With out payment how they will ask for location. So this is number one fraud company. Guys do go for place order in this site.
