I love my points

I'm an avid my points user! The only suggestion I have is to make the videos easier. I usually get halfway through a list and then it gives an error saying content can't be displayed and then I can't the points.

Not only can you earn points to redeem for gift cards. But you can find amazing offers on other products as well. I've been a member of MyPoints for over 10 years and they never disappoint!

I have made several transactions without any issues except a few purchases that seem to not get tracked quite frequently through the site. I've had to make missing miles inquiries several times which is ridiculous. They ask you to send in a screenshot of the confirmation emails etc. I've done this with all of my disputes and have been credited accordingly. However, my last encounter was highly disappointing. They refused to credit my account after several attempts to solve the issue. I sent in all the screenshots they asked for, yet they are telling me it wasn't purchased through their site and made a million excuses beforehand such as not having the right web browser ( I do), or having flash player installed (I do), or that the merchant revoked my purchase because I cancelled my subscription (I did not). Nothing but excuses, and they take no accountability for issues on their end. Give credit when credit is due, not blame the consumer smh. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

Missing points
September 28, 2019

I have been a member for many years and it was great until the past several years for which i have repeatedly have to fight them for my points. They sent an offer bak in June for a 4000 point offer for approval of an HSBC mastercard. I was approved and points were supposed to be given within 45 days. Now it is over 90 days and they refuse to assign my points even after going to the Better Business Bureau. I sent them copies of the original offer and the approval for a 6000. 00 credit line. They say they investigated it but they did not because they have all proof. I also sent them 2 later offers showing they are still making this offer even though they refuse to assign points. These people are liars and crooks and are false advertising

I am a long time member. The site used to be fun. Then things started changing. I have sent several e-mails to complain about being harassed by the survey team. I do not like being called a liar and getting the persistent pop up stating my answers are inconsistent. I have quit taking surveys. This site has gotten very shady. Don't sign up for My Points.

I joined this site less than a month ago and have been doing surveys and watching videos diligently everyday. I spent a lot of time doing those super long surveys and watching their videos on my phone. I reached enough points to redeem for a 25 $ paypal card but just a day after that they deactivated my account for no reason. When I reached out to customer service they claimed there were " egregious answers" and "time irregularities". I have no idea what they're talking about but I know it's absolute BS. They do this to a lot of people.it's their MO. They bait you into taking a lot of survey then they cut you off so that they can keep all the money and not pay you. Stay away from this scam. The positive surveys are more likely from people who work for them.

I spent 2 days on Mypoints.com submitting surveys with my personal data and then i was ready to "redeem" my $10 gift card. I chose the Visa prepaid card with cash on it. My account was suspended for no reason. I emailed them to open my account because it was suspended, they reactivated my account again for login. I did not get a Visa card! I got an email with them asking me to submit my photo identification card, why do they need my ID via email? I gave them my photo ID as requested. They also said by email i need to verify my account with a phone mobile number. They said my home address was invalid for the gift card.

RIP OFF. They do not give you "physical" gift cards, they have E Cards (online).

They have a Visa Reward Card that has cash on it listed for their webpage to redeem but you cant get it because they will email you saying "we do not have anymore visa card in stock."

My address is not "invalid" because i get mail there.

Do not use MyPoints.com. They promise you good things an yet you never receive it. TOTAL SCAM. Here is the actual email messages i have received from MyPoints below.

Long time MyPoints member, and I am saddened to see how this site has fallen over the years. They have always been able to devalue what you earn after the fact by simply raising the number of points required for a particular redemption. This is a business model that works great for them, but not so great for their loyal members. I wish I had cashed out years ago, because I can no longer afford the gift card I wanted. Shame on me for not being more vigilant and cashing out sooner. I won't waste my time on this program to have my points devalued again.

Hey people do not go to mypoints online anymore they dont want anybody getting their rewards anymore. Coming to find out that they changed certain things without telling anybody by taking away offers and reducing the points in half by 50 percent while you are trying to do them.
Offers like watching videos were affected by taking away ncrave and most of the video playlists constantly and cutting your points that you used to get in half.
Videos used to be worth 6 points for ncrave and those video playlists now they worth only 3 points now.
They have even deactivated my sisters account for no reason at all after she had her mypoints account verified saying that she did not verify her account now that is complete total bull$#*!.
MyPoints is nothing but garbage from that point on out doesn't get any worse then this stay away from mypoints if you value your safety. Here is a screenshot from my account to show what some offers like watching videos used to be worth before they started cheating the users

I joined MyPoints on 04/30/2019 to get a few extra points for Amazon. I did enough to redeem the required 760 points for a $5 gift card code for Amazon.

I go to log into my account on 05/01/2019, only to find out that my account has been deactivated after I had already submitted the points for the gift card.

There are far superior sites that do a better job without trying to install malware and cookies onto your computer. There is no reason why you should waste your time with these turds.

I have been a long time member and in the past 6 months I have sent in several requests for missing points but they never acknowledge my requests nor give me my earned points. Currently they owe me over 10,000 points. They cannot even bother to answer any of my emails. Don't waste your time on them.

This site often misses awarding promotional points. It takes an average of 10 interactions to get a non-automated response. When you go through the drop-down Contact Us page, even when you provide the screeenshot they require, you will receive an automated response that repeats all the instructions you've already followed; in addition, it will require you to contact them again. When you respond, you will get another automated response repeating the same information. I have pursued large point awards at various times, all required multiple contacts over multiple weeks. MyPoints does not acknowledge its own errors; they cancelled my account when a vendor awarded me twice. It took multiple contacts to clear that up. Customer Service is either lazy, indifferent, or not trained. They do not respond, they outlast your willingness to pursue.

Mypoints really sucks now. Bought Coffeemate 10/31 3 point requests none. Sierra club no points. HR Block free no points. Tax Act. Paid no points. All registered as cookies. Surveys stopped after 15 years now 5 point emails aren't every day. As of this month going to coupons.com isn't one of the do 5. I would have to view long videos to meet monthly goals. I quit them at one time and rejoined. Just tired of the BS from them.

Inconsistent Answers
February 15, 2019

I have been a member of MyPoints for several years without a problem. Today I get a note saying I can no longer take surveys because my answers have been inconsistent and apparently they are telling me that I am a liar. I have tried to answer their questions as honestly as possible. I have a enough points to request a $25.00 Visa card which I have requested today as of 2/15/2019. Hopefully they will send it to me. Do not use this site.
