Redeemed points for e gift card. Received confirmation email but no gift card. Have written 3 emails asking about the card and only received ticket number and "we'll look into it" and never get a response.
But with all of the changes and the constantly being barred from ncrave and surveys for no reason is a way to keep you from cashing out... Constantly they say you have adblock on your computer when you dont its way uncalled for I know every piece of software on my computer and I have never ran adblock... they constantly force you to upgrade phones to run their videos and dont allow you to watch them at all on a tablet Its become a total waste of time... they want you to shop threw them for your points because that is where they make the most profit so if you dont shop online you are worthless to them now
This site was very good until it was taken over by Protege'. Now it's one of the worst. Member support is terrible unless you like dealing with idiots!
Great way to earn easy money fast I recommend this site it's really cool and fun you can pick how you want to cash out you pick your gift card and threw the website you shop and earn more points.

This site is awesome. Easy to use and obtain extra points to get you to your first gift card. I have cashed in three times in one month. Easier than some other sites who promise gift cards.
A few weeks ago I stopped receiving the daily 5 emails. Other emails came through just fine. Contacted them and somehow they fixed it. Now it is happening again and I contacted them and am told that there is nothing they can do and that it is a problem with some email providers. I have had the same email provider for the past zillion years and this is the first I've had a problem with getting the emails. I have AT&T Yahoo email so it is not some obscure provider. Tried to call them... they don't provide phone support. So I guess after all these years and all the hours I've spent using this site, I will have to quit. I taught communication skills to MD Oncologists for years and so I know a bit about good customer service skills. Their unwillingness to help me says it all.
I truly love this site and would recommend it to everyone. For reading email and looking over things on the site, you get to redeem gift cards from various stores of a variety of pleasures. I've gotten over $300 in Walmart cards, $200 or $300 from Home Depot, $100 for a Spa Day, plus much more. Check it out.
They do not like to give points anymore no matter how many times you submit your info. I have been a member for quite some time now, I wouldn't recommend using them at all, find someone else, they need to shut it down if they can't run an honest business. Surveys, forget about it, you either get half way thru them and don't qualify or you finish and don't qualify, and some of them can last 15 min. Or more. Ridiculous I say.
Long time member. Used to be good site. Since beginning of the year it has been terrible. I have fulfilled offers worth over 100 dollars not to be given the credit. Customer service is non existent. Closing inquiries after taking no actions.
I made a purchase by clicking through an email I received from this site. I did not receive the 5000 points offered. I made 2 customer service inquiries, the first 3 1/2 weeks ago about the missing points, and, other than auto responses acknoledging receipt they have not responded. FRAUD.
I have been a longtime member of this survey site, mostly due to it is a fun site, generous points given and many ways to make money. I have cashed out numerous times.
I had to contact the Support Team because after I finished, completely finished a long, high paying survey and got the thank you for completing this survey message, I did NOT get my points credited. I only got the 5 disqualified points for being disqualified. This made me very angry as I did qualify, took the 20 minute survey and even got the Thank You message! I felt like the survey got all my answers, but just didn't want to pay. I know that it was not My Points fault, they don't get paid either if I don't, but due to it paying a lot of points, and I did pass it, I had to reach out to the Support Team. They did at first send my their automated response, like every other site also does saying they are not in control of the surveys not paying and they don't get paid either, etc., I sent them another message how unfair that is and how unhappy I was.
Then they sent me a very nice email saying they awarded me my points and that they were sorry I was inconvenienced. Wow! What other site is this generous? They credited me the full amount and I didn't have to wait long. This is one of the reasons that I highly recommend this survey site. They do care about their members and that is rare in the survey world, as I am registered with over 13 other sites. You can't go wrong with MyPoints and I hope they read this to know that I am very happy with them.
Reward payments are fast and reliable. I have no problems with collecting or getting numerous qualifying surveys. A trustworthy site
I've only used Mypoints for a few months only, but I think Mypoints is an good rebate site, not much to complain. Its pending time to receive the points is shorter than other sites, and the website is easy to use. The only one thing that made me give them less than 5 stars is, the first time I used my points to redeem, I hadn't received the gift card nearly 1 month after the redemption. So contacted them to ask about that problem. It was kind of pissed me off at first, because instead of receiving a solution, I received an auto-reply email told me to check the spam mail and the activity tab, which I'd done many times before. Then I replied to their email again explaining I did all of their recommendations and none worked. They took a week to reply and gave me back the points and some more points for the trouble. I've been able to receive other gift cards from them well after that one.
I have been a My points member since 6+ years. Never have a problem with the points or shopping through them.
Also get good offers from their partner websites.
I just recently cash in 132,000 points $875.00 worth of gift cards I am with them since year 2000 while I will admit they are not good at explaining things you will get your gift cards.
I cashed in my points 4/8/18 and after several emails they finally told me we need a government card to verify HOLY COW 5/26/18 THE GIFT CARDS WERE IN MY INBOX!
So they get an excellent review from me never had any problems with this company and yes they are legit and the gift cards are GOOD!
You also build points by playing games on their site which is excellent.
Even though I was an active member for about eight years, one day they decided I was under 13 and deactivated my account. I sent an email, they responded, I confirmed my (middle) age. They still won't reactivate. All those surveys for nothing! All those points up in smoke! DISGUSTED
Because I have not received points for the last three donations I made, and received no response from MyPoints, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The email address is consumersentinel.gov

Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
