Jordano, my trainer had an excellent professional and ethic way to explain the software. The software looks easy to work and it is very friendly. It helps to the preparer to save time filing the information from the clients.

This software is easy to use. Price is affordable. I had a few technical issues in the last 7 seven years; they were resolved quickly.

I like the new AI process. Data input should be quicker and easier to review.
The system from last year is excellent for experienced tax pros who want to keep control of costs. Support is responsive. My rating is a 4 and not a 5 because they have never provided a decent paper tax organizer. That is annoying because many of my clients are older and do not want to use the perfectly fine online organizer.

With my first time starting my own business used MyTaxPrepOffice software, my experience was seamless, I was able navigate through preparing a tax return was not complicated. If I need assistance with questions or concern there support team was available to address my concerns. My experience with the software was smooth sailing.

I am very satisfied with the 1-1 training sessions. Rafael wavery knowledgeable and provide me with all the information, walking me through all features and explaining every single detail about the software. His enthusiasm while explainig make this experience even more powerful. I am looking forward for the next tax season along with Mytax PrepOffice.

My experience with MyTax has been excellent. I've used other, more complex software before, but I truly feel this system makes the work much easier. I invite all tax professionals to try MyTax — I know switching software can be challenging, but I can assure you it's absolutely worth it.

They are very prompt during tax season especially during peak season, and I appreciate that a lot.
