If you go to you very informative website. The Web builder is included in all these plans. Maybe leaning towards a subscription model like go daddy. If so I would recommend updating the what is included language.
As a reseller. That tool should be Free to use. If you are doing a subscription model billing for websites. NS will make money after the sale. FYI
