I've only used Nexogy twice and was not sure how to schedule or set up a "call in" line. Jay Gonzalez assisted me in the scheduling of a telephone conference and he was honestly amazing, friendly, patient and scheduled the telephone conference in less than five minutes. I am very satisfied with the service provided by both Jay and Nexogy. Will definitely be using them more often.
After making the switch to Nexogy, we had a ton of trouble with one of the new fax ATA devices. After going back and forth with technicians for over two weeks, Jay was able to resolve the issue in about ten minutes over the phone and now we can send AND receive faxes with our ATA connected machine. Great customer service!

I found the experience yesterday while on a call with Vanessa to be Awesome. It was very refreshing that I was treating with such great customer service. Vanessa processed my request and keep me in the loop during the whole process. Vanessa also remained on the phone with me until I was completely satisfied with changes I requested.
I told Jay that I never write reviews or comment on service, good or bad. But I have to say that Jay was on point with his service. His service was just like the title says.

When ever I call the office i can always count on awesome customer service from marlene and vanessa. They are always super helpful and and easy to talk to. They go out of their way to make me feel VIP when ever i call with the simplest of questions and are quick to get my problems solved.
Answer: I agree with the previous poster. Their technical support is completely incompetent. You have to speak in their language and even then they don't understand what the problem is. It's a complete joke.
