Since becoming a client I have only had to call in a few times but Erick and Jay are always very helpful and have always found a way to help me quickly and efficiently. They make things very simple to understand for a novice like myself and Iappreciate their effort in insuring that our phone system runs smoothly. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with receiving my commission payments on a timely basis, which quietly frankly deters me from referring new clients that I can easily do.

However after with Maria she has done an excellent job in calling back timely, following through on the issues thus making me want to work with you because of HER! As a previous hospital CEO this is the kind of person you want on your team.

I have only been with Nexogy for a few months, and so far so good. The one thing I have noticed is that their customer service far exceeds that of my previous phone company. I have been dealing with Marlene Cabrera, and I hope to continue having her as my point of contact since she has consistently handled any problems I may run into in a professional manner. Any problems I have encountered have been fixed immediately, and I receive phone calls right away from tech support letting me know what they are doing to solve my issue. Thank you Marlene and Nexogy tech support team!
