When I purchased my first order I was a little nervous buying from a site I have never used. When my order arrived it was beyond my expectations in both quality and delivery! Not only was all the jewelry exactly (if not better) than it looked on the site but my delivery arrived in less than two weeks! Their costumer service is also great, very easy fast and helpful! Couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking to start your own business this is the best wholesale site!

*****Update: I have received my order and I love every single thing nothing is missing everything arrived in perfect condition and the quality is amazing! I bought Purses and bookbags belts socks scarfs Jewelery shades. It all looks exactly like the website! Super impressed!

If you choose sea shipping it will not update until after it's off the boat and going on the truck be patient and trust your advisor!

So let's just say that I had two orders be shipped out together it was over $2000 spent and to this day I have never received it and never had tracking update they constantly lie and keep telling you wait five days wait 5 to 7 days. Ups has told me they don't have my package because tracking only shows that a label was made.

I placed an order in September and tried to cancel the order while it was still processing. They stated that the order had shipped (though the FedEx tracking number did not show up until the next day). It was shipped to the US and I contacted FedEx to not deliver the package and return it to the seller. I have gone back and forth with this company for over 3 months, only to find out that FedEx contacted Nihao no less than 4 times and destroyed the package when there was no response. I cannot file a claim against the package, only the shipper can. Nihao insists that I received the package. I did not, and they will not contact FedEx to get the correct information or to file a claim. Now I have no product, I'm out the amount that I paid and am completely disgusted by this company. I urge everyone not to do business with this company because if there is an issue of any kind, the consumer will be the one taking a loss.

I bought over 200 phone cases at wholesale costs. 62 of them were poor quality and would not be bought by any of my customers. Each customer service person would send me to another person to contact and it was like I was going in circles getting nowhere. Two of the contacts ignored my messages and the remaining hopeful one closed my refund request ticket to where I could no longer speak to them either. They said the cases weren't broken so they were normally not accepted unless broken but I could still send back... confusing. All I wanted was a return address to start process and refund for the 3 cases I never received but no luck. I now have 62 useless cases I cannot sell AND a credit to my NIHAO account for several cases they didn't have in stock during shipment. I don't want the credit, I want my money. Its so sad it came to this, the remaining cases are great! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER!

First the lady tells me it will processed in 5 days which is really 8 because I had to reach out. Then another lady tells me one of the items i ordered is not in stock but the manager tells me to trust him and that the whole order will be shipped in two days. Nope one was out of stock. I received a credit that disappeared even when i deleted the items from my cart. I paid shipping for 3 items originally and suppose to only be receiving 2. Yet I am suppose to pay shipping again for an item that was out of stock just to replace it. The customer service sucks and the support agents are good for nothing. They refer you to whatsapp so they can refer you again. I will never do business with these people again. I have not received anything yet and don't care if the quality is good. It wont be worth dealing with this again.

As a jewelry wholesale, I have a jewelry store online, and I always buy lots of different style of jewelry to meet my customers demand from Nihaojewelry for many years. I hope we can have a happily cooperation continue.
