They are a HUGE SCAM! Please do NOT buy from this company. I ordered 250$ worth of finished chains. They arrived completely tangled and broken and even after providing tons of photos and many requests they refuse to refund me. The chain was also defective with a weird O in the middle of the chain link not to mention the worst quality silver I have ever purchased.
I now have to go through my credit card company for a refund. This has cost me so much in profits and time and energy.
Crap products crap customer service and crap company!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The product I received was of shockingly poor quality particles of the dress was falling all over the place. It felt cheap and clearly wasn't inspected before being shipped. To make matters worse, the customer service was completely unhelpful. I reached out multiple times, only to be ignored or given generic replies with no real solution. I asked for a refund or exchange and was met with delays and excuses. This was a complete waste of money and time. I expected much better and will not be ordering again. Definitely not recommended.

First time buying. Bought bigger than usual size for dresses, but they were all still too small especially in the arms. I tried to return for exchange, but they became sassy and refused. I tried twice. I'll never buy there again, and do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. They won't let me return some products because it "didn't" follow their return & refund policy. But it clearly says that if it doesn't meet customer satisfaction they'd allow it. Tried many times for customer service but received zero help. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Your descriptions on your site are so badly written they are laughable! Misspellings abound, which make me wonder if the items are any better than their descriptions. Maybe you should hire someone with a decent command of the English language, since you seems so eager to break into the US Market.

My package has been sitting at a port for over a months and the company refuses to anything about it. Sad considering I have purchased from them before. Apparently, if your package gets lost on the mail you are on your own to dispute with your credit card company. What a dishonest and disgraceful company to deal with.

Don't buy anything from here! It is a fraudulent store, I pay for 128 items and received NONE! They didn't give me a refund. I'm so disappointed! Customer service is the worst!

I placed and order on December 1st that should have gotten here on December 12th. I reached out to the company several times the account manager have yet to answer my emails or messages. I reached out to FedEx they says the label has been made but they have not received any items. This is my 3rd time ordering from them but it seems they are becoming crooks. I've been talking to the account manager Alice and she promised me the packages are now shipped out but then turn around to some of the items are out of stock. (Images of conversation down below) They are compulsive liars. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I need a full refund.

First and only order I will ever make. The clothes were really badly made I didn't get one of them because it was out of stock, a set of pj's was sent part of it. I have left several messages on their chat and nothing.

After some good dealings with this company, I thought I had found a reliable supplier. Then an order didn't turn up and it was deemed lost in the post. It took weeks of haggling before they finally sent out a replacement order. But items were missing. Items that I'd paid for. I've messaged them 5 times now, through various ways, and they have completely ignored me. I can see they have no intention of fixing this problem, so I won't be using them again.

En general todo muy bien, en todo momento tuve soporte de mi asesor y eso me dió muchas confianza, debido a que se retrasó un poco mi pedido, pero al final llegó el pedido tal y como lo ordené.

Los productos me encantaron y si me llegaron, la verdad si se tardan más del tiempo que te dicen en llegar en el envío nacional de tu país, pero la atención en todo momento por parte del servicio a cliente es muy específica. Todavía hay cosas que mejorar en la app, pero en general cuándo llegaron mis productos quedé muy satisfecha con la calidad y el precio.

Los broches metálicos llegan de buena calidad la mayoría, depende del modelo, en general muy bien. Los envíos rápidos y la atención al cliente excelente, puedo resolver todas mis dudas en tiempos de respuesta cortos, no tardan más de 1 día en responder.

Los accesorios son muy lindo y los traen tal cual las fotografías. El asesor que me ayuda con la compra es super atenta y cordial. Recomiendo comprar.
