Worst quality

I had planned a trip to india and want some nice Indian salwar suits – found this website and purchased 6 suits – I even spoke to a person which was very assuring that it was not fake website (last name is Agarwal) everything seems perfect and when I received the suits- I was very very disappointed they were very bad. The cloth quality sucks so was the stitching. Please don't waste your money.

This blatant liars and cheaters utter sweet nothing to get pay for the order in the 1st place, once the money is paid the the customer is at their mercy.
I strongly advise everyone not to transact with this company.
I was looking for clothes for my son's Waleema ceremony ( 29/1120), then ended up falling for their all sweet promises and lies. She texted that the order will be received before Deepavali if I place the order by 28/10/20, that is within 10-14 working days
Their so called customer service person named Puja got me to pay for the order amounting to AUD 756.61 through PayPal, when processing it came up as USD instead of AUD, there after I had to make sure the payment hadn't gone through.
On 2/11/20, I paid the amount through PayPal and placed the order. After 2 weeks I'm checking with them about about shipment, no concrete replies but it would be shipped, Finally after wasting so much of my time, she shared me the shipment tracking details, in the meanwhile we had to postpone the function, which was nothing for this cheaters. I received the delivery on 28/11/20 to my shock and amazement. They shipped all but another saree, didn't have any courtesy to inform about the short shipment.
Furthermore, the Lehenga blouse wasn't stitched as per our requirement and the buttons in Sherwani was worn off.
Up to now the saree is not shipped, coming with all sort of crap excuses, as mentioned by many others they have taken thus order for an item that is not available.We had to spend more money to buy required clothes locally.
They are so thick skinned, I have demanded 1/2 refund for the hassle I have been through and same saree I have paid for to be shipped.
So once again please refrain from transacting with this cheaters and inform your friends and families

They have good designs in their catalogue and definitely at one point people fall for this like me. But I have never got such product in my life and they won't respond to you if you are raising a concern and the saree I got was stinking and also the quality was very cheap. I wasted 1000 bucks on this.

I have placed order online from many other website, ninecolour don't understand, instead of value of the products they put the resale price which mean the customer has to pay very high custom fees, also I paid for stitching, they send me products unstitched and lehengas without inner lining... overall my experience was awful, don't want return my money, and don't want to process return either, I don't know what to do, never buy again! Better to stay away!

Cheap knockoff

Placed two bulk orders, poor quality of garments. One of the blouses was so cheaply made that you could see spaces between the actual thread of the material. Garments looked nothing like the picture and was not allowed a refund or return because it was custom stitched. Trying to communicate with there customer service was such a nightmare that I gave up in the end.

Red and gold lehenga

I was so scared to order from ninecolorso because of some of the bad reviews but I'm so glad I did. I'm a photographer and I I had to have this beautiful dress for a photoshoot. And it came in a timely fashion and is very beautiful. We love it. I'm definitely ordering from ninecolours again.

I placed my order on 21st July.The payment was through paypal and it did not go through. It keeps spinning. Ninecolors Nivika sent me a message on whats app and asked to make a bank transfer and sent me the details. I said no i will only pay via paypal. They sent a link and i was able to place my order via paypal. I paid in USD $25.86 for a lehenga and $11,76 for shipping. On 7th Aug i got a DHL notification on my mobile phone to pay $34.6 for customs clearance. I got two different tracking numbers from DHL and two different fees.One is $34.60 and one is $34.92. I emailed Nine colors and asked why should I pay custom duties when I paid shipping already and why was it not mentioned at time of placing the order. How come custom is more expensive than the lehenga itself. I emailed back and said Ninecolours should take care of all custom issues. At their end, I paid shipping and I should receive my order without any issue.On 12th Aug I received an email from Ninecolours help team as follows Your Order has been delivered. Could you please take a moment to rate your experience with us? And I had received nothing yet. A few days after DHL sent a notification order is on it's way fro delivery... till today I have received nothing. I sent multiple emails to Ninecolours asking about my order and asking for a refund since I have not received anything and no answer yet.

Disgusting scammers

We placed a large order consisting of 5 lehenga cholis and lots of jewelry, for an upcoming wedding. Nine colours did not ship one of my pink lehenga and jewelry which cost $100 AUS. They never informed me it would not be coming, then when we requested a replacement they DEMAND we pay a huge amount for international shipping when it was their fault that we needed a replacement. So of course we then request a refund. Weeks roll by NO REFUND. We had to get PayPal involved to finally get our money back from these scammers.
With the clothing that DID arrive in the original order- it was disgusting.
My black lehenga arrived a putrid shade of green and unwearable, the other 2 lehenga arrived looking cheap and different to what was expected.
They put us through hell... stay away they are truly horrible, cruel, irresponsible people. They do not deserve to sell on their fraudulent website. If it wasn't for PayPal they would never give us the money back for the missing outfit. I cannot and will not forgive them, they NEED to be shutdown.

Cheap fabric with cheap work worth 200 or 300 is sold for thousands. Cheaters, they don't even accept the customer feedback on quality. I can say, once you order whatever is the quality of the product you have to accept it... no other choice give I. E. literally don't expect return service will be given. It's a fraud company. Stay away from them

Garbage

It's a complete rip-off and waste of money. They are running monkey business. They don't have any single product as shown in the pictures. Please stay away from this vendor. I don't understand how come he is still running the business. It should be reported as a fraud company! This Indian company is bringing shame. It's cheap design, cheap quality clothes.

I ordered an outfit from this vendor, 1) the material was far substandard than what was shown and advertised 2) missing buttons and sleeve (shown as double bell, received simple sleeve) 3) substandard stitching. WHAT A SHAME INDIANS RIPPING OFF INDIANS! DISGUSTED AND DISAPOINTED! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS
They want me to ship back to get a refund and its costing me double to do that. Shows their integrity they are theives
