Beware of this company! I have been waiting for my order since December 2022 and it is now February 2023. Customer support have just given me the run around by email when I have asked for proof my order has shipped. Worst of all they haven't offered to give me a refund. I have asked twice by email for a refund and am yet to receive it. Appalling customer service that poor communication with new customers.
Don't buy from them!

No response last 45 days, I ordered many items but no tracking number or anything. Totally scam this company.

I placed an order in October (order #*******) for over $500 worth of supplements. After 10 days without any news, I contacted the customer service again and they explained that my products were not available. I was then offered a refund or to choose other products. I immediately asked for a refund which I am still waiting for 4 months later.
Customer service told me several times that my refund was in process. But I never received anything and the support ended up not answering me anymore. I am desperate about this situation. The amount of money stolen is huge for me.

Never order from them.

Nutriessential, I remain at your disposal so that the refund can finally take place. I will then withdraw my review.

Pésima empresa, pedido realizado el día 19 de Diciembre de 2022 y cobrado en el acto, que ha día de 3 de febrero de 2023 ni ha llegado el producto ni me devuelven el dinero, NO VOLVERÉ A REPETIR puesto que me han enviado un código de rastreo que no coincide ni en fechas ni en tránsito con mi pedido, ESTAFA, DINERO Y TIEMPO PERDIDO.

Absolutely outraged by the customer service, the lack of communication, and the lacking sense of trust with this company! I had placed an order weeks ago. I received no confirmation of my order being worked on, no tracking information, or really anything from this company! I reached out on NUMEROUS occasions via phone call and email, even on their social media! I'm appalled at the quality of service this company provides. I have now on multiple attempts, requested a refund as I'm exhausted with receiving communication back. I'm hoping to not have to take this matter into any form of litigations.

I found nutriessential after searching a lot on the internet and bought supplement from them. It was good experance and would recommend this website.

I have been ordering Osteo K from Amazon, but their price went up so I started looking elsewhere and found Nutriessential. We had a hick up as I live in the country and they couldn't verify my address. Order didn't arrive. This is like my 2nd order from nutriessential.com and I must say the service is great. The system is easy to use

For the first time I decide to buy supplements from nutriessential. I found it easy to order through nutriessential.

The experience with Nutriessential is positive as it is one of the few websites where you can get every supplement which are required for the healthy life. I appreciate that they have a vast amount of products and choices.

I ordered one month ago and still haven't received anything. They said they payed 40$ to track my order, but I am quite sure they didn't even send it. One week ago they asked to be patient and they will send me info regarding the order. No info of course.

After placing my order for supplements I have been given the run around over and over. It's been over a month and I have not received my product, no tracking number or any proof of document that my order is on the way or has even been filled. I've requested tracking numbers several times and they refuse to give it to me or respond to my emails. Like other reviews below, this company is a scam and completely fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

You will not get your product. When you don't get your product, they give the silent treatment to your correspondence. The shipping info they provide is a 26-dig USPS tracking number but send you to a weird Evri tracking site that does not take the USPS number. USPS just says your stuff is in Smyrna, TN for days and days and has no other info. When you email about it, the "senior operations manager" Lisa Heath will shoot back a quick reply only giving you the same USPS tracking number that does not work on their Evri tracking site again while not answering any of the questions or offer help. In addition, the "scientists" they have listed for their company are also listed on other phony supplement websites so the whole thing is a scam. I'm quite certain the good reviews they've received were written by themselves.

I have ordered pills at Nutriessential 3 months ago to Canada and they never arrived. It is a scam!

I have messaged them so many times but they were not helpful at all. They told me they paid additional money for tracking information but next they said they do not have any tracking information. They always say "be patient, we are helping you with your problem" but they do not! They lied to me so many times now. I am sure I will never receive my order and I paid lots of money. I kindly asked them for a refund several times but they ignored it. It suddenly says "fulfilled" in my oder summary now, even though it was not delivered! Please do not order at this website! I am so disappointed and the service was not helpful at all. It is a scam!
