They gave me wrong tracking number and they stopped replying to my email. Not recommend it at all!

I recently placed an order for multivitamins from this seller, and I'm deeply disappointed to say that I never received my order.

Im not normally one to write reviews, as its impossible to know certain circumstances that can happen to hinder things on a businesses end, but this particular company is shocking. I read the reviews here and it seemed fairly mixed so I thought I'd give it a try, if your reading this and thinking the same, DO NOT attempt to but anything from these scammers. There has been NO contact about what is happening with my order, after almost three weeks no shipment notifications of any kind and zero response to emails enquiring about it. I am now trying to get them to refund the money but its a bit like trying to get blood from a stone as I still can't seem to get a reply.

I sent them thousands of email at their support centre no one replied back after telling them that i need details how to return.
They just waited just to pass that 1 month return policy.
Not recommend for anyone. I lost my more than 700$ cad.

Scammed around 130€. Positive reviews are from bots and workers there.
System works by never sending a product nor giving a refund. Have been waiting a refund almost 2 months, ghosting with every letter. I had a one letter where they confirmed that they will refund but it seems to be a another lie after those ghostings.

When you buy a product, it never gets shipped. When you reach out with questions, they ghost you (it took me 3 emails to get a response). When they finally responded, they sent me a tracking number of an unrelated order and every time I replied, they would copy-paste messages that didn't address the issue.

I realize later that they do all this to waste your time, hoping you will forget about the order. In the end, they said they would issue me a refund as I requested when I never asked for one. I just wanted my order which was urgent.

Best of all? When you buy, they ask you to leave a tip which I stupidly did, thinking it would get me my order faster and better service... so much for that.

Ordered sea salt, they never shipped the order and can't reach anyone there. The worst service and no communication from anyone. Will contact my credit card company for a chargeback.

They refunded me the money after doing some bad reviews on the company.

I bought creatine from them more than 4 months ago and it was never delivered. Every time they give me stupid excuses

I shopped with them for first time and my experience has been amazing. Their customer support team helped me with my questions and the product was delivered to me on time and it was quick.

It's a fake site, I've never received my order or the refund, when I ask for the refund they don't respond

I ordered five bottles of a supplement. They responded stating that they were on back order. I requested a refund. They somehow found three of the five bottles ordered and shipped them instead of providing the requested refund.They said they'd send the other two once in stock. Fast forward several months and I contact them again requesting a refund for the other two bottles. They responded saying it's been too long to refund and that they will send me the remaining two bottles instead. They clearly were neither going to send me the other two bottles that I paid for nor provide a refund without me getting in contact with them again (and our email chain was already extensive). The bottom line is that this company shouldn't take orders for inventory they don't have and then give the customer a challenging time about refunds and offering broken promises of future shipment of out of stock items.

Nutriessential has no intention of fulfilling your order. I placed an order April 9,2023 and after 7 emails requesting tracking info, was finally provided tracking info that was fraudulent, and not for my package at all. They now won't respond or offer any assistance, and will not process a refund.

I have had enough and I will File complaint with BBB and preparing to file complaint with Attorney General.
I ordered (Order #*******) $182 in products and I have no information about the status of this order. I got confident after reading that it is a 15 years company that I can trust but after not receiving any reply from them I found a long list of people explaining the they got scammed and lost their money.
It is a very low way of scamming, stilling money by selling health products from people in need.
I will find the way to receive back my money.

I appreciate the costumer service of this company as my experience was great communication, secured purchase and estimated delivery was ahed of schedule, arriving one day earlier I will be shopping here more often thank you

I found Verities of product in brands... It was easy to pick as per my requirement.
I was facing problem with mailing address but support team made easy for me in one go

First time I booked the product. I got the delivery on time and costumer care informed me about my order confirmation and shipping details

Paid for shipping and they sent shipping due/COD.

Over paid by double due to misleading Terms of Service.

Avoid, their business model is unethical.
