I ordered 3 bags if the Roasted Mixed Nuts. I poured these from the bags to serve at a gathering. They appeared to have been on the shelf for a very, very long time. Because I did pour them out into dishes, I noticed there were hardly any Brazil nuts or pecans, so I sifted through them. Each bag contained 5 or 7 Brazil nuts and less than 10 pecans each. Do NOT believe the made-up reviews on the nuts.com website! I emailed their customer service department twice but never received any type of response. Do NOT let www.nuts.com RIP you off!
I wanted to try them out. What a disappointment, I ordered the variety pack, roasted almonds, hazelnuts, banana chips. The almonds were rancid! The banana chips, meh, I have had much better. For the price they charge, and no returns...never again. My local sources, Sprouts and Costco, are fresher, better quality and cheaper!
I have ordered several items from Nuts.com and all have been fresh and delicious. One suggestion would be to make the individual packets easier to open. A child cannot open them. I have to use scissors. Thanks
Why do you guys use so many high processed seed oils and artificial colors like red dyes in your products? Couldn't you use something a little healthier we know what these dyes do especially the children. I know you guys can do better.
I bought a sampler as a gift and when the family I gave it to opened it a month or two later there were live bugs crawling all over. Contacted the company and they did not make any effort whatsoever to make things right. Nothing, not even an apology by email. Phone call, nothing. They could care less.
If I wanted to order Almonds, I would. But mixed nuts should contain a mix of all nuts. There were NO peanuts or pecans. But lots and lots of Almonds. Will not order from Nuts.com again.
I ordered toffee covered mixed nuts and chocolate covered peanuts. Toffee nuts were soft, some of them actually gummy. Choc peanuts were sort of tasteless. The peanuts were so SMALL they could barely be tasted. And most of the peanuts were soft instead of crunchy. I would have done better buying from a candy shop in the mall, or local grocery store! I think nuts.com has no shame.
I order raw sunflower seeds in the shell for my bird, 25 pounds lasts about a year. Today when I went to reorder the price had gone from 49.75 to 99.75. I realize that most everything has increased in price, but doubling in one year seems like a GOUGE! Shame on you nuts.com.
The quality as always been excellent. And we have enjoyed the products pine nuts for our blue and gold macaw as well as chocolate covered espresso beans for us.

I have ordered lots of things from these people over the last 5 or 6 years -- dried chestnuts, dried apricots, dried cherries, red lentils, pinto beans, lots of things -- and I have always received the most beautiful product, fresh, clean, top quality. I always sort my beans carefully, and I have never found a little stone in their pinto beans. That's just weird. If I am looking for something I think they might possibly have I check here first.
I just saw that they had chestnut flour, so I did a search for how to use chestnut flour. I found a place that said it's the secret ingredient in Tuscan cooking. Oh boy. Um, yep. Added that to the order.
I ordered product with a specified delivery date. 3 days past the date, it still has not arrived. The Customer Service person could not have been any less interested in helping and even told me they couldn't trace the carrier.
What a waste of money. No delivery was received yet my credit card was charged.
I only have good things to say. I brought 6 different items and everyone of them were fresh and delicious. Shipping was free for my first purchase and it arrived in 2 days. I made a trail mix for my family members. I'm ready for the next order.
He purchased some off of eBay and they were much fresher and tasted better than from this company. I do not know how often these nuts are sold to get a fresh shipment each time but he said he will never buy from them again. I am sure if I contacted them they would offer a return label. They shipped super fast which seemed impossible to receive so fast but in the end you are buying a product and when it does not live up to expectations, one cannot leave raving reviews.
I did chet with the customer support and received a quick resolution and I am pleased with the service I received.
This makes the third time I am having trouble getting my order. They use carriers that do not take the time or trouble to deliver to senior apt bldg. Driver has to come inside security building and walk to apt door and they are too lazy to do so and then claim they can not deliver. The time before this they claimed that they delivered and did not.
I ordered 2 caramel popcorn, trail mix and chocolate sunflower seeds. We were so excited to get the products.
The popcorn was as stale and hard to chew. The trail mix had corn nuggets which we love; however the were so hard we could chew them.
Ending up throwing away the popcorn and trail mix.
The chocolate sunflower seeds were good. The kids loved them.
Will not order again from Nuts.com.
Received toffee almonds and they smelled and tasted old. Unacceptable at the prices they charge. I did receive a refund as a 1 time courtesy. So nice of them! Don't buy from them unless you love wasting your money.
I am a 70 year old woman. I remembered my Christmas of yesteryear, when I saw the chocolate drops. I ordered the candy surprising my family and friends. But, it was hard as a rock!
I call the company and offered me a credit. The company was very nice and apologized, but I explained I would rather take a bag of chocolate drops. That too was hard as a rock. I 'm kind of disappointed! I like the company but do the company want my business. Why would I say that? My order came in yesterday, the cinnamon bears and yogurt raisins were hard.
Received stale shelled peanuts with original order. Replaced with two separate shipments with the same outcome. I receive the same response every time. We can send another shipment or credit your account.
Nothing about the poor quality of the product. They seemingly don't care about quality or customer experience.
Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
