Ordered a birthday gift, 6 days, it shows a label was created, but has not been given to fedx ground. Cant get customer service to respond, sent emails, no responses after 3 days. Called, no answer, recording said they couldn't answer the call, press star and they will return the call, still no return call. I have an email where they provided a fedx number three days ago saying it was shipped, but fedx has not received the package yet. I would suggest you buy from Walmart before buying from these crooks
