Was very easy to use,
Was completely happy with everything

The lawyer was extremely rude to me after I completed everything I was supposed to.

I can not get my money back despite the refund request. They have been lying to me since last September 2021. Today it's April 2022! And i don't have neither my documents nor my money! They kept saying my documents were sent to the court! But having a doubt about this I went to check it to the court in person! There WAS NO ANY CASE IN THE COURT NEITHER ON MY NOR MY HUSBAND'S NAME! BE CAREFUL!

Easy but you got to pay the extra money to get it done now

So far everything is going good. Except I cannot make changes because the document is Password Protected. I was told that it was fix, but I still cannot make changes without sending it back for correction

Not bad very easy to follow great support a lot off questions that I was not sure about if I did it on my own but your customer service to my question were answer

I am not finished yet but so far the procedure is painless.
I received and sent the papers. Only problem now is that I am moving and will need to file in a different State. How does that work?

It was fast an easy it cost a little more then I expected seeing I had the filing fee and getting him served

I don't like the fact that you didn't show the different levels of service up front and insinuated everything in your services was covered with the one 139- fee. Also there were other questions I had that just seemed to confuse the tech I talked to.
But after I continued the process myself it seemed to work out well, that's why I'm giving you 4 out of 5 stars

Quick an easy to use. The results were very fast. Happy overall.

Back to back calls from you for upgrades was super annoying

The web site was extremely slow. After answering a question it would take 3 to 5 minutes before going to next question. It took 5 hrs to answer 106 questions.

Overall the service was quick and helpful I found it to be easy-going and would recommend online divorce to anyone

If I could give all 0's I would. Since I started the service last year March I feel like I was scammed that the person who assisted me was just trying to get a quota for the day every step throughout this process I have had to call and follow up with why my documents were not sent to my spouse it was a delay in everything even when I was able to speak to someone helpful they told me about a refund I was not able to get the refund due to that it was out of the scope of time but none of my services were up to par I even paid for the extra Platinum service and did not receive any platinum service I have called multiple times my case has multiple notes I feel as if it has been ignored I asked for a call back from a supervisor and I did not receive the call back just because I had to follow up as many times and I paid for a platinum service. I reordered papers to be delivered to my spouse on March the 11th it is now March 28th the documents has still not been sent nothing has still been done I really wish they would not take advantage of people who are in a bad situation and want to get out of the situation and not be clear that if the other person is not going to sign the papers that this is not the service for you and not just guarantee me a platinum service that's not Platinum I spent almost $500 on an advertised of $199 of nothing
