I filed on a Friday and I had my papers within 2 weeks
I got this paperwork to make it easier for a simplified divorce. I took them to a legal notary and she advised me that I was missing a ton of forms. So basic I paid for something I couldn't use.
Fine experience. I was bombarded with calls and I wasn't able to print the forms out with the writing for some reason. I had to fill them out manually and use the pdf as guidance.
With more searching I could have found all the required forms online and did this for free. When I went to file I was missing 2 forms and had to pull them off the internet anyway.
So far a great experience! Super easy to fill out!

Highly disappointed with all the fees they don't tell you about. I have had 2 different charges that were not spoken of. One for $40 today. I wish I made enough for all the services, But I don't. I make$ 150.oo every two weeks because I am a counselor at a drug and alcohol rehab. These guys make nothing so I will not be sending any of them to you.
Had all the forms needed to file. Also, had the forms to settle the property split. Gave step by step instructions to file for divorce.
They were very good with correcting my mistake in a timely manner.
The process of filling out the forms on the web site was very good, and went smoothly, that's where the good part of my review ends, I received an email notifying me that all my forms were approved, and sent to shipping on the 23ed of last month, February, it is now march 16th and nothing, they FINALLY sent me a tracking number a few days ago, just to find out from the USPS the label was created on march 2nd, and as of a few moment ago, they hadn't received the packet from the online divorce people, I've called countless times trying to reach a supervisor, absolutely no luck there,, this has SCAM written all over it,, i will be happy to give a positive update, if that should happen, not looking like it tho,
It was pretty quick and easy. I also received everything I needed a full day ahead of time so that was great!

I got papers from them to sign and notarize and how money order make. I did but - I lost my money order pay and papers what they recommended was not correct. Did not get divorce, Court did not cashed money order and did not send back money order. Wasted time with onlinedivorce
