These people DO NOT honor their 30-day refund policy. I emailed requesting my refund after I reconciled with my spouse (2 weeks after I hired them). They had not yet provided ANY services. I went on vacation with my spouse, and when I returned I was informed that they called me 3 times and then dismissed my request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
April 7, 2025

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
They continually did not read though my instructions and questions in my emails. When you call, most of the time the 'help' person just has you send an email for someone else to answer the questions.
They kept leaving off info I sent them for areas I did not have access to to fill in. This process took almost 6 months due to their repeated mistakes. I live in a State that provides online directions on how to submit a divorce to the courts. I should have done it entirely myself.

Total scammers
March 5, 2025

Filled out the online survey, then found out the wife had hired a lawyer. Decided to get my own lawyer and they refused to refund the money even though I never submitted my answers or printed anything. Total ripoff do not use this company or pay them any money.

There are better services available to obtain a divorce online that are inexpensive, more transparent, easy to use and understand, and communicate with you every step of the way. I made the mistake of paying a fee before seeing what the process and forms looked like and regretted that decision, a decision that cost me a non-refundable $199 for zero service. Just because I had access to confusing forms.

Take advantage of others
October 19, 2024

Let everyone know to go to county clerk's office and use there on line AJ2 program to file for divorce of form completed. $20. You answer all the question as you did here for divorce with no children. Print it out file right there. They notrize everything for the cost of $ 221 for everything. This company cost me $199.00 just to fill out paper. Then you go file. I only get $750 a month and they share they couldn't refund my money 2 minutes after I found this out. I lost $199. That cost food on my table. They didn't care. Every time I called, I got the same person. Which was strange. Big flags. Then the want you get a premium upgrade. What you only get divorce one. Not every month. I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of, because a person don't know. Couldn't speak to a supervisor not one in. They will call you in 24 hours. Of course it's Friday. I filled out everything at the county clerk's office and all completed, noterized and entered in the courts for $221. DONT LET THIS COMPANY USE YOU FOR PROFITS!

Wassup guys, today I would like to share my experience of divorcing with my wife. Of course, first I was doing all the divorce issues with my lawyer as many others but expenses related to this stuff blew my mind. Then one of my old friends recommended me to this online company and I signed up for them. Fortunately, everything was great and they helped me a lot. The process of divorce was quick and without serious problems. Thank you very much, guys!

DO NOT RECOMMEND
September 25, 2023

First of all, there is a $40 monthly subscription fee to use the online portal that doesn't provide any meaningful information in addition to many "add-on" service fee for them to actually do the work they promised out front; case worker/customer support is slow to respond, and when they do respond, the answers or instructions were vague with missing words/sentences, leaving the only clear instruction the "pay addition to redo everything."

With all those fees and costs, all OnlineDivorce does is providing you the forms you and your spouse can find on the local court's website. Thanks.

We were continuously given misinformation, then upsold to correct the mistake. The case workers advised not to listen to customer service and 4 out of every 5 calls I was hung up on. We ended up having to correct almost every page due to their errors and were denied a refund, even though Platinum Service supposedly came with a guarantee. We were given contradictory information every step of the way, then asked to pay to correct it

I started my divorce in 12/10/22, I am still currently married. The decree they sent has been rejected in Houston Texas court 245. Judge said it was "TRASH", that it needed so many corrections to verbiage he wouldn't even accept the first sentence which states I have appeared before a judge, he asked when because today you are just getting here! Decree states my son is not able to be removed from my residence and the judge said, this is too restrictive. The call my husband and I by name throughout decree and then start saying obligee and obligor without ever referencing who we are! I have sent several emails, called, and each rep says a supervisor will reply. The supervisor offered me $50 ABSURD I paid these people $567.95 platinum service and parenting class and I can't get divorced. They even called to ask me what to write on the decree, Hell why would I need you if I knew what to write I'd file it myself. I am going to contact an attorney for them and not my divorce because this is THEFT! 0 STARS

SCAMMM
April 24, 2023

Called when I asked for a refund while was at work, they refused to say the company that they are working for. They can not assist but refuse to give me back all my money. Now there is an activation fee of $39.99 non refundable of course and I only qualify for 50% of my money back yet they did not a thing. Sad when the economy is falling people are living from check to check and a company that does no work feels entitles to $60 for nothing.
SCAM do not use them go to the court house yourself

Just a scam website
February 7, 2023

I was using OntarioOnlineDivorce which is their daughter site. It's useless.

You are going to fill in a few answers like your name and what you want. Then it will be auto-filled into some documents and then you will be sent 70-80 pages of every possible form you can imagine.

You will then be given instructions "fill in the forms"

But you are going to have to sort through them all yourself to figure out which ones you even need. I just completed the process somewhere else and now know that they didn't even provide you will all the needed forms.

Don't try and ask for your money back either, the second you talk with them and see the forms you have "used their service and therefore wave your right to a refund" So the guaranteed satisfaction they promise requires you to just glance at their website, pay and then decide to change your mind.

Ontario government offers a free website that walks you through everything with great instructions. Just go there and they will help you through everything that this website promised you...

Do not walk away...RUN!
January 4, 2023

This has to be one of the least professional organizations I have ever dealt with. They have failed to do any of the services that I paid them to do and always have an excuse "you forms have been sent to the shipping department". It has been several weeks since they received my documents and nothing has happened. I have not been able to talk with a supervisor or have my case escalated at all. Recommend using another service if you have any desire for results.

The only thing they do is wasting your time, each time i sent documents they keep them for a month or more. The court only keep them 2 weeks. I am so upset to waste my time and money. At the end they give your the documents back unsigned to send to the court yourself (i was platinum service)
I feel that i just payed for a couple of sticky notes. DON´T DO IT. PRINT THE DOCUMENTS YOURSELF AND SIGN.

Horrific service
October 5, 2022

Onlinedivorce.com is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. To preface the story this is the first negative review I have ever left a business, I understand that mistakes may happen but when they repeatedly occur and no one will contact you or make any attempt to rectify a situation negative feedback will hopefully help future consumers from trusting them with their business.
My divorce was initiated in December of 2021 and both my husband and I were in agreement of the terms. We do not have any children or joint assets and felt like a simplified divorce was the best way to go. The first negative experience was; I had a question about what information I needed to fill out and called customer service. They told me to "leave the area blank" which caused a month long delay because the paperwork needed to be sent back to me and the circuit court number did in fact need to be filled out. It takes about 15 business days for them to respond. There have been other hiccups along the way but as I stated mistakes happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have had to repeatedly (almost every evening) call customer service to update me on the progress of my case for the past 3 weeks I was told that the documents were approved and waiting to be shipped to the courts. I was frustrated that they were sitting around for 3 weeks just to be mailed and was told a supervisor would be contacting me. I set a time for "Jhon" (the supervisor) to call on 3 different occasions. He missed every appointment that we had and his communication skills are horrific. It is beyond me how someone such as this can be a supervisor in customer service. Today I received an email that some of my paperwork was "misplaced" and not only did I have to get documents notarized again, I also need to pay for additional shipping. I am amazed that this company is still in business. The only thing they are good at is prolonging the divorce process and charging extra fees. Please select another business for divorce assistance. I wish I had done better research before I trusted them.

Process takes too long!
September 6, 2022

I've been filing for a divorce with them for 2 years! They take their time to process forms, It seems like they wait until ur subscription is renewed monthly before they do anything further. I've had to reach out to them many times to see why isn't my forms being processed. I'm so fed up with Online Divorce, I would not recommend them to anyone

AVOID!
September 1, 2022

I'll start with how my divorce process ended with onlinedivorce.com. They had me send a postal money order to cover court fees (which never expires by the way), and after failing to send all the necessary documents to sign and have notarized several times, they then claimed the money order was outdated and they needed to rush it back (for a fee of $75) so I could replace it with a newer one, that was less than 90 days old (because the courts won't accept it past 90 days old (bull $#*! FYI)), yet it was their constant mistakes and lack of communication (you can never call and reach your assigned case worker), you have to call and speak to someone that will pass the message to them. It will take them a week or two to respond (via email). They will send you documents in pdf form so it's impossible to print them out and miss anything, which they will claim you did and can rush you the form via mail, for a fee of course, so they can proceed. "No, can you just email me the form you claimed I missed?" You will spend a small fortune just overnighting forms they claim you forgot to sign and/or notarize to send them. My last straw was when my case worker said I forget to sign something (AGAIN) blah blah blah so I requested she take all my documents, including my "expired" non expiring postal money order, and send them to me. I took my documents and "expired" money order to my clerk of court and my divorce was final 2 weeks later. Please avoid these morons. You've been warned.
