My mom wanted a death certificate, so somehow she hooked up with this scammer on 7/9/25. Still no certificate but boy they took out the money fast. Then, she started getting $9/month taken out by someone with the same address. She's now having to go fill out a dispute with the bank and go through the hassle of getting a new card. Shame on them!

A complete waste of time and money. They took my money a week ago. Nothing. No acknowledgement. No communication. No verification. Nothing except $86 less dollars than I started with.

This company said it would charge me $25 to get my birth certificate. Then they wanted another $25... like WTH! THEN! I saw a withdrawal for $84! Don't be fooled! Only image I have is my checking account. OH NO! I see another woman that this happened to!

They take your money and you get absolutely nothing. No email no certificate and no call. When I called them they told me to print out an application and take it to the health department to get the birth certificate. When I asked her what I paid $59 for she said it was for the application that they were going to mail us, but never received. I asked for a refund and email and still no email. No email even from time purchased over a month ago. Use Vital Check and no one else.

What a rip off, they did not expedite, they did not refund my money, nothing but excuses, I ended up driving 5 hours round trip to get it in 20 minutes at the county recorders office

I was helping my brother to get his birth certificate from Trenton, NJ as Hudson County in New Jersey was prohibited from providing birth certificates to residents. Apparently employees of the County were providing fake birth certificates for a fee, so the State stepped in. I sent a check for $47.00 along with my brother's information and waited and waited. I never received a response from this Fraudulent company!
They don't even deserve one star.

I thought was ordering a certificate and paid $47 to this website... but it tuned out they emailed me back with the information i gave to them and the original application I had to download the sign and mail myself. So basically they did nothing disputed it with credit card company and they appealed!? And they won. I have to dispute again... so disgusting. If I was you I wouldn't even waste my time with this company I'm really dissatisfied I could have downloaded my own form for free and they sent false advertisement.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. These folks are the best bait and switch I have ever seen. They charged me $40 for getting a birth certificate for my son from NY while I live in NY. I used them because the Vital Records Office in NY is closed due to the pandemic. They sent me an email with a form that I had to download, fill out and send to the NY Vital Records Office and pay the $15 which is the cost of the birth certificate. This form can be downloaded for free from the internet but I didn't check this before sending them the $40. I subsequently went to another site and ordered the birth certificate from them and the charge was $15 plus $8 fee for a total of $23! SCAMMERS!

I have gone through a complicated moment, my mother died because of the COVID19 and in these moments it is complicated to do the paperwork for the confinement, I was searching by internet which was the best option and I got onlinevitalus it was the best option, they did everything for me online, I didn't have to leave my house and in 7 days I got my mother's death certificate. At times like this, this kind of service is appreciated.
