Avoid this place. I was buying an engine via phone, I gave them reg No of my car and they offer me an engine to Toyta Yaris, I have Toyota Auris so I was sceptic, but guy on the phone ensured me the will fit, and took tel No to garage, where I'm replacing the engine, to speak about details. I paid by card he told that I'm paying £450, after few days I noticed, I have been charged £540! I wasn't informed that the price exclude VAT! The engine was dumped at 7 a.m. at the garage doors and left unattended, garage engineers even couldn't refuse the unfitting item. The item was different than I needed, I was struggling 3 weeks for refund they charge me 20% off because as was told me I agreed to buy this!. I had been charged 20% off from £540... they "earn" £108 for nothing! DO NOT TRUST THEM

Covermate 300 Trailerable Boat Cover for 16'-18'6" Fish and Ski, Pro Bass Boat

I put this on my boat within 20 mile the cover was already ripped. And at 100 mile it because worthless as a cover it needed to come off beause it was flapping in the air damaging the seats on the boat. It come with a 3 year warranty but big deal, Overton's returns your purchase price but you mail the product back to them first which cost you $19.00. So the warranty is not so good after all. I will not purchase anything again from Overton's because of this issue of me paying to return the product at my own expense

If a new cover is wanted, a new order must be placed.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, however, you can use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) of your choice, just be sure to obtain a tracking reference for your records.

Do not buy from Overton's. I purchased a "custom" boat cover for my boat after talking to a customer service person to make sure I was getting the right thing. The boat cover did not fit my boat. Overton's would not allow me to return it. I would definitely not buy from them again.

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago. After about 2 weeks of no updates, I emailed the company to find out where my item was since there were no updates in my account online. They said it was back ordered. Fast forward another 6 weeks, and then I get an email saying there will be an additional $32 shipping fee for hazardous materials. My receipt says free shipping. There was NOTHING in the product description about this additional charge. From a customer perspective, they should uphold the sale as is and are refusing to do so. I was told to approve the additional charge or get a refund. I had to wait 2 months for nothing. I would not have ordered the item if there was a $32 shipping charge. Even though I used to order from this company back before online shopping existed, I will not be placing any orders again.

STAY AWAY

This company took a fee on an order that I cancelled because they placed it on backorder. They list items for sale that they don't have. They place orders on back order and then use a 3rd party vendor. YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO EVER GET YOUR ORDER... STAY AWAY!

Once and never again

Terrible. Still waiting for my item I ordered Nov. 24 -2017. Now it's Jan. -1-2018. Over 5 weeks for shipping? What a joke! Called them once. They said only keep waiting.

We've always been pleased with the products and service Overton's offered. No more. Placed a pontoon seat order 5/8... still don't have the entire order. Noticed this morning one of the new seats coming apart at the seam. Too much trouble to uninstall and send back. Very disappiontwd in their service and quality. Not sure what my options are as the customer service rep said they come from a Wise distributor.

Bought a towable tube, rope and acc for Memorial day weekend. Paid extra to have it shipped to get it in time. Per the online map it should take 2 days to get to me and I had 5. Well it took 5 but didn't leave their warehouse for 2 days because they were doing inventory the week of Memorial day... now I have to pay $40 to send back due to their poor business practices and customer service was rude and short. No wonder they are in bankruptcy.

Placed a very large order, 2 days later received a email order was shipped but ONLY a couple of items. Six days later called to find out about the rest of my order. Thet couldn't tell me anything about when it would ship. So I told them to cancel the rest of the orcer and i would go elsewhere, 2 days later still no confirmation on irder cancelled so i called again, they said they put a request in but their vendors won't respond and order would not be cancelled until they respond.
Better to go to a site that actually sends their own items not a 3rd party seller like overtons.
Will never do anything with them again.

Only received 1/2 of what I ordered and paid for and shipping was slow to begin with. No response to email. I called and was promised Fedex overnight delivery. Six days later and that did not happen either. Called again and was told they could not overnight because they are "too busy in the summer. " Like that makes any sense. So by the time I get what I ordered it will be nearly a month.

I have been by a fan of Overton's since they were a mail order catalog in the 90's. They were recently bought by Gander Mtn which is my favorite outdoor store chain. I have a Supra Ski boat so we spend a lot of time on the Lakes and that means we need a lot of boating gear and toys for the water. We buy all of our skis, ropes, tubes, toys and trailer accessories from Overton's. I can't find them in any other store locally. They are simply the best in the business.
